How do not have a refund or exchange policy?
I came to the bridge land location for the first time and ordered a drink one cheese cake dessert. She ends up giving me two drinks and I realized that ordered two drinks instead of one drink and one dessert. That when I asked could you return this or switch it with a fries and she literally told me they don’t have a return or refund system. How do you now have that system in place as a business. If someone made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing does that mean they’re stuck with it?
She also mentioned because it was your fault ordering two drinks I can’t help you and said if I made a mistake I would’ve fixed it. So now I’m stuck with two drinks instead of one that I originally wanted smh
So someone who’s not familiar with your menu has to have their first time experience ruined? I won’t come here again and I don’t recommend it unless you are a million percent sure...
Read moreIt's okay, but overpriced. I noticed that syrups are used to flavour the drinks, and minimal fruit. This resulted in a powdery tasting drink and sure it's to cut costs. We've also been in several times (at different times throughout the day) to order a bubble waffle, only to be told that they are not making them. Why have this item on your menu? The crepe cakes are also no longer served, but they still have signage.
We live close by and also begun to notice that they are closed before the hours listed on Google and...
