I normally don't want to give bad reviews but our experience was not so good on this occassion as the service was really poor yesterday. This is probably our fifth time eating here and the food is always good at this place compared to all of the other Una locations that we have visited.

Our kids drank all of their water during the meal and eventally we got tired of waiting and had to share our drinks with them. After this we waited to see if our younger server would refill our drinks as she passed by our table a couple of times but she didn't seem to notice or maybe didn't care. Afterwards, one of the older servers came by to refill our drinks. We have had the other server in past visits and she was great.

Also near the end of the meal we were wondering if she would ask about the dessert that we ordered earlier for our kids but she didn't come by again. We had to flag down the other server to ask about it. At first, we gave our server the doubt that it was busy but it really wasn't as their were still empty tables and she still had time to do other tasks and still relax.

In the end, the experience left a bad impression with us and we don't think that we would dine in again and probably just order pick up next time. We still left a decent tip even though she didn't deserve it. Food was still good but service was really poor. Hopefully this can be taken as positive feedback so that she can improve for...

I was super excited to try this place out but I guarantee I will not be back ever again. I honestly don’t know why there’s such high reviews if their service is always this garbage.

I came here on a Monday night and the restaurant was not busy at all. We ordered the Arancini and fried pizza bread as appies, and mushroom pizza and bolognese as mains.

Appies were fine. Good but not amazing. Mushroom pizzas only good if you add truffle honey. Bolognese was so tasteless.

If you’re wondering why we didn’t complain, we couldn’t!! LOL. Our server only came by once to take our orders and to give us the bill. Never checked if we needed more drinks or if we liked the food. And we were the only other table in the restaurant.

We had to flag down different servers to ask for things and even the other servers acted like we were bothering them.

We’ve never been here before, and when we asked for drink recommendations he gave us attitude as if we should already know what every drink is like. The server had an condescending attitude the second we sat down.

We ended up tipping WAY too much for the service we received. And this was when our ā€œserverā€ decided to change his attitude. This place is so garbage for service. Don’t come here. DONT.

If you do, at least do take out so you don’t have to deal with the attitude of the staff. It’s been a week and I’m still shocked how bad the...

I wish I could give UNA pizza more than 5 out of five stars. Me and my fiance went there for our first full date night without the baby since the baby was born. I am an experienced chef and pizza chef so it's rare that I go out specifically for pizza unless I'm expecting high quality. And let me tell you this place did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing, very fresh, very tasty and just everything you want it to be. It was a really good mixture of traditional with a modern touch. We had a couple appetizers, and shared a pasta and pizza for the main course. Everything tasted perfect and was beyond my high expectations. And our server whom I wish I could remember her name gave me and my wonderful fiance easily the best dining experience we've had in a very very long time. She was super knowledgeable about the menu and food in general, and overall she was the perfect server. She came at the right time both to fill our drinks and to check up on us to make sure we're having a good time. And at the end of the night she impressed me even more when I ordered a cappuccino and she was actually the one to make it. We had such an amazing experience that we actually asked to speak with a manager to let them know how amazing and wonderful our evening out was. It was our first night out together without our newborn baby and UNA pizza how to make it a...

Was taken here by a group who insisted I have to try the food here as it’s their favourite pizza place in the city. Ok then, to be honest, the word of this particular group didn’t mean anything as they don’t really know food, but the place stood up on its own two feet! We tried some arancini, garlic bread, ricotta, beet salad, and pizza. Winning dish on the day for me was the ricotta, with the vegetarian pizza in a close second. The homemade brioche loaf was very well executed. No skimping on all the side sauces either. The arancini plating is a bit cumbersome and could use a bit of help but still very tasty. Garlic bread is.. just that. The pizza has a taste of independent owners in the early days, and has grown into a more corporate format. The dough and sauce are solid, but the sense that it used to be made with more love and care in the early days is there. No judgement. Growth and success almost force a little bit of sacrifice. All in all a nice little spot.

Bridgeland got a little brighter and cooler when they opened up this commercial strip of UNA, Phil&Seb and Village IceCream! The architecture of the building is thought provoking and inspire your eyes. This Una branch is the best so far (against the other locations) in terms of ambience, space and overall experience. Staff were all polite, fast and attentive to our needs. The restaurant may look small from outside but it’s pretty spacious inside with lots of socially distanced tables and a big patio area! We ordered Brown butter cauliflower and Mushroom truffle pizza. The cauliflower was so good that we keep on trying to imitate it at home! It has buttery cream with sweet dates to compliment the savoury sauce. Mushroom truffle pizza is one of their best!! Delicious and crazy good!! I love the flavours of the truffle oil mixed with the spicy-nutty taste of arugula. It’s best served with a dash of their Chili Oil! Definitely coming back here!
