I tried to make a frozen coffee with some leftover coffee....BIG FAIL! My coffee was bad to begin with...it can get worse! It was a great day for a walk & iced coffee (made by someone else). So I decided to try out Baya Rica to read before I headed out in the sunshine. Loved the picnic tables outside, the umbrellas provided great shade. Interesting people coming and going, including David & his buddies "My Three Sons". I especially like that half my ice cubes were made from coffee, so the other ice cubes didn't melt and make it watery, Really enjoyed my cold coffee & look forward to going back for the Haystacks! They look soooooo fattening! Can't wait. Joan and Brent were friendly & the atmosphere was very comfortable. AAAnnnd they know how to make coffee you can safely consume. (imma work in progress :D ) Definitely a place to go for some good South American coffee :D

When you want a good coffee and bagel in Calgary, you must come to Bridge 15 Cafe!!! We were in town for four days and happened to come here on our first day. We loved it so much we came back a second time! The bagels are soft and have a unique flavor to them, as they are made fresh in house every morning. We did the everything bagels for their Avo Smash. The toppings are balanced beautifully, with no topping outshining the others. I’m not even a big fan of goat cheese, but it paired beautifully with the avocado and tomato. The coffee was also a step above the rest. Mochas are often times overly filling, but the ones here are light and delicious. My husband also loved his latte and coffee! Finally, the staff were some of the nicest people and the atmosphere was extremely cozy inside. We will come back here every time we’re in Calgary!

Baya Rica is a great little neighborhood cafe to get great coffee, food, and desserts! Located in the heart of Bridgeland, tucked away in a cute yellow house; Angela and her staff are so awesome and attentive, and are super dedicated to their craft! They were baking fresh muffins and shared with me they roast their own beans “crop to cup” as well - wow. We were able to try some traditional Italian sandwiches as well as an assortment of baked goods, enjoyed on their wonderful covered patio. My favorite cookie was one Angela’s mom makes!! I also brought a bag of espresso beans 🫘 home. Will definitely come back and bring friends for coffee chats and snacks. Also did you know they carry a selection from the Invermere Bakery Gluten Free GF baked goods!?

I like to support local businesses and this program but feel I need to leave a a unsatisfactory review. Purchased a "Too Good To Go" suprise bag. Well it was a very disappointing surprise. Male server wandered from room to room and back again 3x trying to find the right container. He eventually settled on a different one. The container contained 2 little cookies, 2 end pcs of some loaf and a pc of pastry. The $16.00 value quoted price is grossly over exaggerated from the prices listed on their menu. The end pcs of loaf were so dry that the microwave couldn't even soften it, the pastry with choc chips was doughy and under cooked. Overall their post about the value, quality and quantity should be reviewed as it's misleading in my opinion and will not be buying again from...
