Look, the drink I got (Four Season Tea) was really delicious, but the amount of ice is just ridiculous - more than half of the cup. And this is Light Ice, while there is Regular option - can’t imagine how much of the tea I’d get then. When looking at the menu picture, the drink doesn’t have ice at all (or just a bit, and look at how much of fruits are there - and then my cup), and when I was asking why so much ice - answer was it is a recipe. Doubt so, and what about a non-ice one? First cashier was not polite, and rushing my answers. Also, did not specify toppings are $1.30 extra, which is not specified on the menu too. Second cashier, explaining the drink was polite, and I get this is not her choice to make a drink like this (I hope), but I can’t recommend the place now. UPD I see a response from the owner - thank you for that. 1. No, not that much of fruits - few slices of orange, apple and pear. 2. Ice amount was huge - definitely around 25 cubes. 3. Topping prices were NOT displayed, believe me I checked - unless you amended it afterwards. I will give it another try, without ice, and it’s better be looking same as on the menu.

We were walking around the neighborhood with our doggo waiting for our pizza and we happened to walk by this place on a whim. The Strawberry Cream Foam Matcha BBT caught my eye instantly and I was not disappointed! They also welcomed us into their establishment with our furry companion while we waited for the drink (did not take long!) . When the drink came out he told us ahead of time that the matcha might be bitter and to mix the drink for optimal flavor. The matcha on its own was tasty and when I mixed , it was perfect. If anyone loves matcha, they know a good matcha has a wonderful slightly bitter taste to it. I think the tapioca balls were strawberry flavored as well ! Customer service was great šŸ‘ the pricing is no different to a Starbucks and if anything , this place is fresher , so it's worth it. I think I found my primary BBT place ā™”. Will come back 100%.

TL;DR - Understaffed and lacking services, long wait time.

There was a moderate line up when we arrived (~10 to 15 people waiting), and we waited about 30 minutes to get to the front of the line - so far nothing abnormal, a bit on the slower side but we expected that.

However, right before ordering we were informed that there was a 40 to 45 minutes wait to get the drinks. We did not want to wait and kindly asked the cashier to let other customers know about the potential long wait time, since the line got longer and many people were waiting outside.

Apparently they did not want people to know that, and the lady at the cashier said "people would expect the wait time when they see the line". Weather is getting cold and people are waiting outside to get your drinks, don't you feel obligated to at least let them know how long they should expect to wait? It's extremely frustrating to wait 30+ minutes and then being told there is another 40 minute wait. It also suggests that they are understaffed and just cannot make drinks fast enough to serve...

Spent half an hour to read the reviews on google and found that since recently the owner seemed not to take any suggestions anymore. Many customers commented about their products being pricy but the owner obviously has a reason. Too much ice? Staff not professional? Uber order issue? Not their fault. Sometimes even fight with customers. If you don’t care about your customers, your customers don’t care about your business. I’m sure there are stores getting comments like high quality with low prices. Staff not friendly. They don’t give you the chance to order from a real person. Trying to ask questions before ordering but no one came out, their staff was just avoiding to say anything to their customers. Was there for a while but staff made me feel like I was invisible which was very rude. Rushed out to pass my drink to me and wanted to rush back. Felt I was wasting her time...
