Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

This place is my go to little Caesars since moving to the SW in the shawnessy area and I'm not too happy. The Fairmont drive location in Calgary has been my go to for years and they deserve 5 stars.

Service and attitude is sometimes a problem over the phone, not usually in person.

Kids often don't cut the pizzas all the way through so they need to be ripped apart and all the toppings seperate from the dough. Extremely frustrating.

Sometimes pizzas get taken out too early and the dough is a tiny bit under. No big deal but annoying.

Prices went from $5 to $8.40 for the regular pepperoni in 5-years. Very frustrating and punishing.

I ordered a regular pepperoni for pickup and got a cheese pizza that was overloaded in the photo. Was so upset but couldn't bring myself to go back to deal with it. Just had such a rough day. So close to going over the edge for something small.

I don't know. I said everything that was on my mind. Wish they had a professional manager wrangling the kids and keeping it a bit stricter and more professional service wise and quality wise.

More could be improved to increase my rating.

Most other little Caesars aren't better but Fairmont drive location is.

Follow their example.

Would not recommend to eat here at all. We saw the Bacon Cruncher pizza on TV and decided to try it (this is a peperoni pizza with some bacon and panko crumbles onto the crust for $4 more than a regular peperoni) , we also got a hawaiian pizza and the cheese stuffed bread. This came to just under $27 (you can get a large Galaxie from Chicago Deep Dish right across the street that will feed you for 3 days and has good quality toppings and crust, we simply thought we would try something different and the bacon cruncher looked good on tv). Got the pizza home, opened the box and saw that there was next to no bacon or panko on the crust at all (remember this was $4 extra), unhappy but for lack of time to return to the store on a work night we each had a piece and all felt that the quality is so sub par that we ended up throwing it out. After contacting Little Ceasars through thier Comments and Concerns page with all of our info and getting no reply now for 4 days I am posting his so others dont get ripped off. We will not be eating thier low rent, garbage pizza ever again, I would not call this food...

I have been visiting this location for 10+ years: new staff/management/training is required asap.

Placed an order, regretably left my phone at home before walking across the street for pickup (as I have for 10+ years). Argued with the entire Ceasar crew for 10minutes before going home to retrieve my phone. Where Inarguably I confirmed my order was placed through the midnapore location... I dont understand if staff there understand we are in 2023 and email/app confirmation is a 'thing'. Also, Upon arriving at home - rather than finding a solution for me in store AKA: MAKE THE ORDER AND PROVIDE ETA. I WAS IN NO RUSH. I find a voicemail (from the same staff member whom said, I quote: 'this isn't our problem') - stating my order was in Legacy?

Granted the terrible road conditions, terrible customer service, and mediocre cardboard pizza - ordered soley in convenience to avoid road conditions - I gave up.
