McDonald's — Restaurant in Calgary

Normally this is mine and my boyfriends favorite McDonald's because generally the coffee is consistently good and I love the woman in the mornings during the week who takes the payments. This past week we've been having an issue with the decaf coffee. My boyfriend orders decaf because he cannot handle the caffeine in regular coffee. On Monday his coffee was cold so we went back through the drive thru to get a new one. They were obviously really inconvenienced by the fact that we requested a new one and tried to make me keep the cold one. When I tried to hand it back to them they said "just throw it out" so I handed it back to them and said okay you guys can throw it out. Then today we went through and ordered our coffees and once again his was cold. When we told them the lady at the window said "AGAIN?" and turned around and told another woman and the woman said it was because there was too much cream in it (2 cream is the average amount of cream) so I told her that. She started arguing with me and said that decaf isn't actually coffee so it won't be the same temperature as a normal coffee? I told her that this was false as numerous times we have gone there and gotten a perfect temperature decaf coffee. Then she started to say that it was because the cream was chilled? I explained to her that that's not really our fault and there is an expectation when order a HOT coffee that it actually be hot as we didn't order an iced coffee. Worse mcdonalds I have ever been to in the city, I came here at 2am through the drive-thru. I ordered about $40 of food, when I got my food, I pulled into the parking lot to double check my order, realized it was the wrong order, drove back in line for drive-thru to let them know it was the wrong order they gave me. Got to the window to talk to the person. She then started to argue with me that the order is right, I ordered 2x mcdouble (ketchup only), 6 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce, 10 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce, a big mac combo and a filet o' fish combo. I gave the wrong order back to the lady, she gave me another bag that only had half my items in it, then the manager asked me to give that bag back as well to check what i ordered. He then told me that only half my order is there, arguing that I am only missing 2 other items. That is what I told the girl when she handed part of my order. Then after when they finally gave me all my items for my order, they were still missing straws for the drinks, the sweet and sour sauces for my nuggets and ketchup for my burgers. I didn't get the names of these 2 people, but I recognized them both. The girl wore glasses and a hijab, the manager looking one was short and stubby with his right eye drooping.
