COLD BEER LIQUOR — Local services in Calgary

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I was missing two cases of beer from a skip the dishes order. Alcohol on skip is non refundable, and on 2 separate occasions 2 staff at the store informed me that yes, their inventory indicated that they had forgotten to check out the 2 cases that I didn’t receive. When I went to pick up the beer, the owner was EXTREMELY rude and down right abusive. I’ve never encountered such lack of professionalism and just outright abuse. Shout out to the manager who quit on the spot - good luck on your job search...

A variety of selections, and great customer service! We were looking for the Moselland Riesling Cat Wine in gold all over Calgary, and this liquor store was the only one that had it. And the owner was so willing to order us that same wine in silver and rose gold to complete our collection. He had such a pleasant demeanour and was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend getting your drinks here and support store...

I hardly ever do this but just stay away from this spot. The store itself is fine and the guy working was nice enough but the fact that this place asked for a tip is mind boggling.
