I had the absolute WORST experience at this McDonald's, and it all started with something as simple as a TOMATO. I ordered a burger, and when it arrived, it had a tomato on it (which I specifically asked to be the middle of the tomatoe I can not eat the beggining of it as I hate the green part idk itâs just an ick). I just asked for a replacement without that tomato. Thatâs where things went downhill. The manager, Joshua, instead of being understanding or even remotely helpful, decided to turn a small issue into a full-blown drama. He acted like I was trying to rob the place for a single tomato. When I explained my request, he became incredibly rude, raised his voice, and refused to give me a replacement. I tried to remain calm, but at this point, I felt like I was being treated like a criminal for simply asking for a burger the way I ordered it. It didnât stop there. Joshua actually had the audacity to call the police on me because I was "causing a scene" by requesting something I paid for. I was floored. The police didnt have enough time to show up, but it was clear that they had no idea why they were even called. The whole situation was ridiculous, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. McDonaldâs used to be a place where you could get quick, simple food with decent service. Now, itâs a place where the manager will escalate the most trivial situation into an insane confrontation and involve law enforcement for a TOMATO. Seriously? Iâll never step foot in this McDonald's again. Like literally Iâm here so often Iâm starting to think I should be paying rent instead of just buying McDoubles and iced coffee every day. First off, the service? Immaculate. The workers here are always cool, fast, and somehow remember my weird little custom orders like itâs nothing. Iâve never had a messed-up order, and thatâs saying something because I ask for âno onions, extra pickles, and can you make the fries extra crispy but not burnt?â Like who else is doing it like them? Second, the food? Chefâs kiss. The nuggets are always golden and crispy like they were blessed by Ronald himself. The McFlurry machine? Functioning. Yeah, I said it. FUNCTIONING.    Read moreAs a DoorDash driver, Iâve been picking up orders from this McDonaldâs location for the past three nights, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently frustrating. Each order regardless of size takes an average of 35 to 45 minutes to be prepared, even when there are only two delivery orders pending.
When I asked the staff on shift about the delays, the response was simply, âWeâre working on it.â Despite their efforts, small orders of just 2â3 items are still taking far too long. The team seems overwhelmed and disorganized, often appearing to run around with no clear direction.
This kind of delay is not only inefficient for delivery drivers but also affects customers expecting timely service. The day shift is also slower than expected, but the night shift, in particular, has been the worst Iâve experienced at any McDonaldâs location.
I respectfully urge the management to evaluate the staffing situation and consider hiring more experienced team members. It would also help greatly to allocate a dedicated staff member to handle delivery orders to improve speed and accuracy.
