Not Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Calgary

I came in to pizza hut after working a 14-hour day . I ordered a large stuffed crust veggie pizza with no mushrooms for my daughter as she loves pizza hut. I went in ordered it and said I would be back in 20 mins so came back in 25 mins and my name wasn't up on the computer so I asked the guy who took my order he said they always do not go up there,a complete lie as he said if you pay. It took another 10 mins and still wasn't up there, so he walked away. Now I am starting to get pissed off I ask this lady that was doing nothing So I said you lost the order or what she has the nerve to say I will be right with you mam now your not only lying to me you thought I would leave and you can pocket the money. So I ask again as she is going through the receipts to find the order this is another 10 to 15 mins I said so you lost the order,it is now obvious and instead of saying I will get on it and fix it right away NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL she says I will be right with you mame. Now, I'm even more pissed off. I said just give me my money back. This guy brings this pizza out and says large veggie no mushrooms, so I took it and left. I got home and gave it to my daughter, and it was ice cold, and there were mushrooms on it .I looked at the receipt, and they pocketed 8 dollars, and someone else's order it was omg to bad pizza hut used to be the best, not...

I literally just got my order. Which was a medium pepperoni lovers pizza, that is supposed to have double cheese and double the pepperoni. I also got it delivered which meant it came to $28.10. (Including the 2 sauces seen) ..this is what I received... There isn't even a full layer of cheese let alone double, or even extra. It kind of looks like extra pepperoni, but the amount you pay and then what you get.. there should be more of both toppings on this.. And the price should match the quality in general. This is the place I always order from, and I only post this because lately this seems to be the quality I'm getting unfortunately. Hopefully it changes back to the quality great pizza it was not so long ago.

Silver lining was I called customer service and they gave me a voucher for a discount on my next pizza. So not 100% bad experience. She was nice...

This Pizza Hut is always late. It has been over an hour since my order and still nothing. I have called the store and it was forwarded to the mainline who then forwarded me back to the store. Finally getting through, they tell me my order is out for delivery and would not help me any further. I am expecting cold pizza and have a very sour taste in my mouth already. Will not be ordering here again and I have not even tasted or even seen my food yet.

Edit: So it did finally come after 90 minutes and was cold. I tried to reach out to the restaurant itself again several times but they would not pick up. This is a poor example of service and I hope others have a better experience, but we will not be...
