Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

This was an experience! I always order from this location on doordash and it's always AMAZING. This time there was no meat on the papadias. (We always order this so we knew it wasn't right) so we called to see what they could do, the guy on the phone Bhavesh was WONDERFUL. He offered right away to bring us a new one, he was so nice. So the delivery guy comes with the papadias.. this is where the problem is.. I think his name was John or Joe?? He was so rude and raising his voice at my 65 year old mother and put her to tears after he left. Keep in mind his voice was loud enough for me to hear upstairs and across the house. He wasn't screaming but he was raising his voice. He was saying were not in the habit of sending out free food!! What was wrong with it! My mom said there was no meat. He said we don't send out items with no meat, how did you know there was no meat, you mustve ate it if you knew there was no meat? My mom said I took a few bites then opened it and seen it. She even gave him the other papadias so he could see but this obviously didnt matter to him. This is when I came downstairs and started getting upset with him cause how dare he???? More was said but there's not enough room here to type it, but as soon as I mentioned that bhavesh offered to send the replacement papadias and that we didn't ask for it he stopped with his attitude and left. I wish I would've recorded this cause he would be fired on point if his boss seen this happen. All we wanted was to enjoy food and watch a movie. I didn't get upset at anyone about the food mess up cause were all human and make mistakes. So I don't know why this delivery guy hated us so much. So I called papa johns right away to let them know how we were treated so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Bhavesh answered and apologized for the delivery guy behavior and was so amazing about it 👏 then about an hour goes by and Bhavesh calls me and asked how our new food was, and if everything's ok. THAT was going above and beyond. He did everything to make sure we were happy and I'll never forget that. So happy with the service bhavesh gave us, he is truly amazing and deserves the best of the best recognition...

The worst customer service agent, it was my first time i tried these guys. I called in, the agent took my delivery info, and placed my order. 10 minutes later he called me back and asked me if i wanted thin crust, i told him thats what i ordered, yes. I was told 45 minutes for the delivery and i thought a bout it and i said ok no problem. My address was 5 minutes away from the store. It was passed 45 minutes and i called the store again. The agent said sorry about that, driver should be there soon. I said ok. After 65 minutes i called again. He said driver will call me back. At this moment it is 1 hr and 20 minutes, the agent called me back and said whats my address, i repeated my address, guess what, he apologized, cause he typed it wrong. I waited another 15 minutes, driver never showed up and i came home. Around 8:25 pm driver called me. He said he was there, i told him go back to your store, tell the agent to eat himself. I called this location to order for take out. The woman working started to take my order and then stopped and stated that she would refuse to take my order and she proceeded to accuse me of having prank called the store stating that I had 20 pizzas delivered and therefore she would not serve me. I drove down to the location to confront the lady where she provided me with one of the managers number named Depok. After several hours of trying to get a hold of this manager he called me. He stated he would provide me a free pizza but only from the airdrie location. I live in calgary I'm not driving to airdrie for a single pizza. He then stated he would call me back the next day. Well it has been 7 days and I haven't received a call back or any explanation as to how this customer service experience was addressed. Very unimpressed.
