Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Calgary

I was going through drive thru to get my kids food I was reading off the texts my phone and I read everything off my phone and no mistakes then I reached the next window to get my food and I got my drinks and I though something was sod because I ordered 2 French vanilla one medium and small and I got a tray with a medium ice capped and one small French vanilla and I ordered another medium one and I asked the coworker where is my medium French vanilla and the person I don't know the name of was so rude and argued with us saying that we didn't order it and she said we 3 headsets on listening to the orders and she never heard it and I'm 100 percent sure I read everything off my phone no mistakes and are oder also got missed or incomplete with are bagle missing and we called and picked it up the eagle we were missing but she did not even care she wanted to show attitude hire people that are good and have sense of humor and managers should she watch the coworkers work but they don't even do it and we got are eagle and we went a 2 second time to get it and get proper coworkers that have respect instead of arguing and showing attitude and you probably know why your reviews are so bad so talk to your team west wind...

Horrible experience today I been coming many years here in west wings to Tim’s and honestly lady at drive through got upset I used a gift card and debit I have right as a customer and honestly I found it just in my purse not a big issue she was talking her language with co workers in front of me I don’t appreciate that rude unprofessional I will drive farther next time to another location I’m very disappointed my mom and I like this location before I’m paying customer I’m not leaving she kept going and my mom and my self have waited more 20 seconds drive through others can wait. Please don’t ever treat a customer like that you lost one I am not happy at all I worked at customer service field over 9 years wow worse and worse daily you don’t like you’re job don’t you’re suppose to help people be nice no matter what customer service 11:15 am west wings today feb 16 2024 I’m not happy made me feel upset and I told her stop not a big deal kept talking I don’t speak her language but I know ur upset and not nice I front of people doing that I can do it too respect in order to people respect you thank you !!! Act profesional always I’ve waited literally before 15 minutes drive through...

Me and my friend came here around 9:00 p.m. Miley Cyrus to order sandwiches and drinks and we really needed to use the washroom so we asked the employees if we could they said it's closed so I waited for my food it took them over 10 minutes to get it ready and I was just 10 minutes went by I seen that multiple other people ask to use the washroom and without hesitation allow them in so I sat down with my friend to discuss how disrespectful that was but after that we open our sandwiches and the meat was frozen I'm barely had any ingredients on it like no sauces only lettuce and tomato I am a light skinned person and so was my friend and when i was watching the employees allow other people to use the washroom and some they told the same things "our bathroom are closed " and i came to realize that the light skinned people were not allowed to use the washroom but all brown and similar skins were so from my honest opinion the employees are beyond rude and no doubt racist and were abusing their position of power so please keep this in consideration cause it's beyond disrespectful place...
