I called to get pizza delivered. It was burned. Called back. The rep was amazing, ordered a replacement for me and reconfirmed all. Said it was going to be a half an hour. An hour later I called back cuz the pizza was not here yet. The customer service agent that I spoke to said she was going to call the store. Instead of coming back and talking to me she transferred me to the store and the man that answered said that he never got a replacement order told me that he would replace it in a half an hour. I called back customer service to complain. They explained that they did get a replacement order that it's my word against his word that I didn't get it. At this point I've been waiting 3 hours to eat. And what they offered me was $10 as a credit. After I've been waiting 3 hours and spend $43 on a burnt pizza. It's now going on 4 hours and I still don't have my pizza never order from Castle Ridge. Don't deal with Pizza Hut. They don't speak to each other. And their customer service is terrible....

Ordered game day meal from their website, got charged $50 for two medium pizzas and 2 dips. They did not send out the 2L bottle of Pepsi nor the boneless bites. Was kept on hold for 20 minutes when pressing #3 to talk about existing order but they answered within 10 seconds after pressing #5 to create a new order.
Staff is super unfriendly. When calling about my issue, the lady was saying there is "nothing they can do if the website is down" & "two pizzas and two dips comes out to $41". Fully unwilling to understand and/or listen to what you're saying. She offered $15 in store credit back, absolutely laughable as that isn't even enough to order 8 boneless bites.
