Good Pizza. Horrible Service!
We ordered 5 - 10” pizzas, bruschetta and soup to start.
Our waiter who was amazing to begin with disappeared and we didn’t see him for about half an hour. Another waiter approached our table(whom we learnt later was the owner) and offered to buy us drinks saying nothing else we declined my aunt asked for more pop. we had been waiting 45min for food while the table behind us got their bruschetta (2 orders).
Finally our food arrives... the pizza I mean but no starters... we asked the new waiter bringing us food about the starters he replied “they just came up, they will come out now” we told him no we wanted them before the pizza, that’s why they are called starters he kept arguing with us telling us that they would just Throw them out so we should keep them but we continued to decline. He walked away... while we were eating the “manager” asked us how everything was and my aunt asked where her pop was he replied “oh did I forget to bring you one?” And left to grab it.
After we finished eating A hostess came to clear our table and bring us the bill, she offered to pack up our meals and we explained which pizza would go in which box and we said it would be easier if she brought us boxes and we do it, she ignored my aunt and began clearing the plates, my aunt asked her 3 times before she said to her “helllo!!!” She then said it’s ok I got it... when she returned she asked how was everything and we told her what happened. Turns out a delivery driver had an issue so our waiter left to help...no one told us, at least Upon receiving the bill our starters were not on there....
No one came to explain the situation, we were not given a new waiter, and no one apologized for the delay in food....just a quick “can I buy you a beer?” With no explanation. Very unprofessional way to handle a situation and the restaurant was not even that busy....
Will not be returning, will choose to skip the dishes because this place caters more to those who get the pizza delivered to...
Read moreMy spouse and I booked a reservation for PZA on Valentine’s Day, expecting that it would be busy. We were seated and had our orders taken quickly. We ordered an appetizer to share, I got a pizza, and my spouse got pasta.
Our appetizer came out fairly fast, but what was delivered to our table wasn’t what we ordered. They mixed up the appetizer order for our table and the table behind us. No problem, we switched and all was good. The calamari was fine.
Then began the hour and a half wait for our entrees. Our waitress came back a few times to apologize and assure us it wouldn’t be much longer, each time with a different excuse - they were backed up from takeout orders, someone accidentally took my pizza but my spouse’s pasta was ready. We asked if his pasta could at least be brought out now, which, of course, caught them in a lie - his pasta wasn’t ready at all.
At the hour and fifteen minute mark, I asked for the bill for our appetizer so that we could pay and leave, because we were beyond done waiting. Tables sat forty-five minutes after us had their food already. The waitress insisted the entrees were almost done. She brought them to us triumphantly fifteen minutes later - except they weren’t remotely what we’d ordered. Both the pasta and pizza were completely different than what we had selected.
The manager covered the cost of our appetizer and offered to let us take home the incorrect pasta and pizza - the pasta was okay, though cold, and the pizza was covered in beans and corn and was absolutely disgusting. All in all we were at the restaurant for two hours and left starving. Thankfully a bad meal isn’t enough to ruin our Valentine’s Day, but wow, did PZA ever try. We will...

From the moment we walked in, the inviting ambiance and stellar service created an unforgettable experience. Our server, Isaac, was an absolute standout—his warm, attentive demeanor and genuine passion for hospitality made every moment special. To top it off, Isaac crafted the most incredible sangrias I’ve ever tasted, each sip bursting with vibrant, perfectly balanced flavors that set the tone for the meal. We kicked things off with the Il Carpaccio appetizer, a breathtaking dish that was as beautiful as it was delicious. The thinly sliced beef, paired with its exquisite accompaniments, delivered a flavor profile that was pure magic. The shrimp appetizer was equally phenomenal—juicy, fresh, and seasoned to perfection, it showcased Pza Parlour’s dedication to exceptional ingredients. The main event, the Carnívoro pizza, was an absolute dream come true. This masterpiece boasted a flawless crust—crispy yet chewy—and toppings that harmonized in a bold, savory symphony. Every bite was a revelation, easily making it one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. For dessert, the Ciambelle was a revelation—pillowy, golden doughnuts dusted with just the right touch of sweetness, leaving us in awe and already craving our next visit.
