Starbucks — Restaurant in Calgary

Customer service was terrible! I am an avid starbucks fan and drink 1-2 venti americanos per day, thats a mimimum of $4.80 each time which really adds up in one month. When I would typically go through the drive through, I recite that I would like a venti americano, 6 pumps sugar free vanilla and heavy cream (the usual comes with 5 pumps). Due to testing positive of covid, I decided to order off uber eats. Despite my bill coming to $12.88 for 1 coffee, I was desperate. I ordered as I normally would and in the option to add, I asked for an additional pump of sugar free vanilla. It was apparent that I would have to pay the additional $0.60 for the added pump. No biggie. Tge uber driver was great! Got my order in a timely fashion sooner than I expected. However, when I looked at the label of what the order should have been, they only put 1 pump total of the sugar free vanilla. I was disappointed but I figured it was a simple mistake and I would just call the store and they would correct it without any issues. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! Fast forward to calling them....they answered on the first ring, told me to call back and hung up on me. It took me over an hour to finally get ghrough again only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do unless I went there. Pardon me?? Did they not take into accord that I just told them I was in quarantine from testing positive for covid?? My frustration grew as she was not willing to work with rectifying the situation. After 5 minutes going back and forth with her, she took my name and number to call me back. Its now been another hour and still nothing. Im pretty sure she did this just to shut me up and has zero intention on following through.

We usually get our Starbucks fix here and it is usually good. However, today we ordered $45 in drinks and food and they screwed up. If I could give 0 stars I would, not because I am cranky, but because we have severe allergies in our house and they screwed up. I ordered my drink made with an oat base as I am allergic to milk protien, not lactose, so this isn't just a stomach upset and I'll be fine tomorrow. Nope, I am vomiting, have hives starting on my back that are bleeding and am in severe pain. I have never had a restaurant be so reckless before. I did call and they will make us new drinks today or tomorrow, but that doesn't help the agony I am in for the next few days due to their incompetence. So disappointed in this store. *Went back today, June 29, 2024 @4:08pm. Ordered our drinks to be made. Young man at the till was pleasant and apologized for the mistake yesterday. The lady making our drinks was cranky and unpleasant and still didn't get it correct. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience and missed the cinnamon dolce powder on my drink. I asked for the whip on the other two, not mine, that were ordered and she slamed the cups around. Her apron said Ace on it. She is definitely not an ace at making coffee that's for sure. We won't be returning to this local. Too bad the owners don't train customer service to their employees. The, I assume, manager on duty was rude as well. When I explained my allergy instead of apologizing like the young man taking my order, she just said, "we don't guarantee for allergies." So I guess ordering oat base at this local doesn't mean anything, even though you're charged...

Very unprofessional staff, wanted to use the drive-thru but they said that the debit/credit machine is not working on the drive-thru but works inside, so I had to park to get inside and get the drink. First off all the cashier didn't seemed like she cared about anything at all. I took a venti cookie cramble Frappuccino w/ extra strawberry drizzle and sub white mocha. First of all they put the white mocha at the very bottom and didn't mixed it at all, second of all they forgot about the strawberry drizzle at all, even tho it literally says on the sticker on the cup that is should be included. I had to call the staff to tell about it, and she just poured a little bit of drizzle on top and that's it, even tho it should be spreaded all the way through. And third of all, the Frappuccino itself overall was pretty watery and wasn't really cold at all. Horrible...
