This is a great location to head over to whenever you’re craving some good breakfast/brunch items. The menu is very informative on calories, gluten-free options and much more! The menu items are fairly priced, the waitresses are kind and attentive (always checking up on their guests to make sure that everything is going well), other staff are polite and the food tastes great. My favourite item on the menu is definitely the diced hash-browns, or as the menu refers to it; “home fries.”

I would have given them 5 stars, as the food is delicious and it arrived hot. I ordered the "3 eggs, homefries, bacon & toast* and I selected Sunnyside up for my eggs. There was an option to add cheese, and based on what other restaurants do, I assumed the add cheese was for the potatoes as that's what made sense and it wasn't specified. The food arrived and I was surprised to see my Sunnyside eggs smothered in melted cheese. 🤔

We always go here for family breakfasts. Glad they opened this new location as the Simon's Valley location was always so busy. The breakfast sandwich on a bun is a fave amongst the fam. So are the bennies. The omelettes are huge!!! Sorry my pics are of eaten food. It was so good, I forgot to take a pic first. The place is very clean and the tables are well distanced. Highly recommend for a nice breakfast with the family.

I had not been to the Sunset grill in a while since moving out of town. I happened to be dropping off some family at the airport and seeing that it was nearby I would drop in. The restaurant was fairly quiet with just a few patrons. I ordered an omelette with hash browns, white toast and a side of sausage links with a coffee. I’m not sure what happened since I visited last but unfortunately this meal was very disappointing. Firstly I found the coffee to be very bitter. The omelette was way overcooked which makes it very dry. The sign above the cash register says that “ nothing is pre made”. So why is there a pile of hash browns sitting on the grill. My hash browns were so hard and dry that no amount of ketchup would help. I also remember the sausages being nice and plump. These sausages were thin and dense. Definitely not the experience I was used to. The server was very nice and friendly. Too bad the food has...

Friends from Edmonton suggested meeting here for breakfast. Although I live nearby in Coventry Hills, I was not familiar with the new shops and restaurants on 96th Ave including KFC next door. I was quite surprised by their all-day breakfast offering and I ordered the kid's meal which consisted of large pancake, 2 sausages and fruit cup (as I had bfast at home only 1 hr earlier). Great portion, very tasty, priced right, and the service was exceptional. My friend needed gluten-free fare and her pancake was very fluffy (her words) and her husband had a very flavorful omelette with side of toast. Very accommodating menu all-around and again the service we received was exceptional and attentive to our needs like more coffee...

Perfect family breakfast or brunch spot. The place is very spacious and clean which to me is such a plus because tbh most breakfast places in Calgary are so tiny and crammed up. This place has so much space and really really clean. Their menu has so much variety. We ordered classic breakfast, california benedict and grilled cheese. Hear me out the portion is massive and every single one is tasty. The service is also amazing. Honestly, way better than services at downtown brunch places. Our coffees were never left empty, and they made sure that we have everything that we need and we enjoyed our meal. Which we absolutely did!...
