Stepping in here is like coming home. From the warm, inviting atmosphere to the tantalizing aromas that waft through the air, everything about this Vietnamese gem is a delight. But the real magic lies in the food, a symphony of flavors that dance on your palate and leave you craving more. I've tried numerous Vietnamese restaurants, but nothing compares to the authentic, soul-satisfying dishes served here. Their pho is a masterpiece. The broth, rich and fragrant, is clearly simmered for hours, infused with the perfect balance of spices. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the tender slices of beef melt in your mouth. It's a comforting hug in a bowl, perfect for any day. Beyond the pho, I've explored other menu items, each one a revelation. The banh mi is a perfect blend of crispy bread, flavorful meats, and fresh vegetables, creating a sandwich that's both light and satisfying. The spring rolls are delicate and refreshing, packed with vibrant herbs and served with a peanut sauce that's simply divine. Even the simplest dishes, like the rice vermicelli bowls, are elevated to new heights with fresh ingredients and expertly crafted sauces. You can taste the love and care that goes into every single dish. But the true heart of the restaurant is Joyce, the owner. Her warmth and genuine passion for food are evident in every interaction. She always greets customers with a smile, happy to offer recommendations and share stories about her family recipes. Joyce's dedication to quality and her commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere make this restaurant more than just a place to eat – it's an experience. She remembers her regulars, often asking about their families and preferences. It's clear that she cares deeply about her customers and takes pride in providing them with an exceptional dining experience. Joyce’s personal touch elevates the entire experience, making you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. I can’t recommend VyThi enough. It's a true culinary treasure, and I can't wait to return...

The café exudes authenticity, and it’s clear that the owners pour their heart and soul into every dish they create. Their passion for Vietnamese cuisine is not just evident; it’s palpable. The Bún bò Huế at VyThi Café is a revelation. It’s the best I’ve ever had, with a broth that’s impeccably clean and perfectly balanced. The flavors are harmonious, with just the right amount of cinnamon and star anise, allowing the true essence of the broth to shine through. The surprise hint of cilantro is a masterstroke, adding a fresh dimension that complements the rich, 16-hour stewed broth beautifully. The Bò Kho and bánh mi are equally impressive. The fresh baguettes are a brilliant choice, providing a satisfying crunch that doesn’t overshadow the deep, rich flavors of the stew. It’s a thoughtful touch that shows the owners’ understanding of how the right bread can enhance a dish, rather than compete with it. VyThi Café is a standout establishment for anyone seeking the most authentic Vietnamese street food experience. The attention to detail, the quality of ingredients, and the owners’ dedication to their craft make it a must-visit destination for food lovers. Whether you’re a connoisseur of Vietnamese cuisine or new to these flavors, VyThi Café is sure to leave a...
Read moreMy Girlfriend and I decided to try out VyThi since I met the owner who was just starting out and came to our shop for marketing materials. Since we love Vietnamese Cuisine, we decided to go for a drive from the SW all the way to the NE to try them out. IT WAS WORTH THE DRIVE. Not only were we welcomed and treated invitingly (she did that to everyone who came in with a huge smile), The Chicken vermicelli was amazing. The seasoned chicken made was made to perfection and the spring rolls where a great favourable experience that topped off the great DISH. I told the owner not to change a thing as it was the Best Chicken Vermicelli we have ever had. We look forward to going back to try the SUBS. This place is a hidden gem. Keep going and keep the great food rolling. We support local and we will support her and her family's restaurant for...
