Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Calgary

awful service here and I can see from the other reviews that it's not a one-off. stopped by in the early morning before 8am for a fill of hot water to my bottle and a scone. it was not busy, only 2 other customers. they sent me to the pickup counter on the opposite side from the cashier to get my water since it was done immediately. I waited for a long time for my scone until one of them finally asked me what i was waiting for. I told them and they all looked at each other and one gestured carelessly to the cashier where they had placed the scone obscured from my view at the pickup counter. The scone had not been there before I was directed to grab my water. The three of them then proceeded to just stare at me with a stupified look on all their faces and it was clear they would not bring it to me. if you're going to rush me to the other side of the counter to pick up my drink then bring me my food as well. It wasn't even busy they were just standing around chatting and couldn't be bothered to bring...

Awful service!!! Please train or change the personnel there. Asked to buy 4 very simple things, then decided to not buy one of them and told the cashier to please cancel an item before paying. The cashier stayed staring at me as if I did something wrong. I asked again to please cancel the item and kept staring at me waiting for me to pay. I told her to please cancel one item one more time and she said she can’t do that and that Instead, she can give something else. I said, I simply wanted to cancel and kept looking at me with a very bad attitude. I decided to leave. The person there seems like has no clue of what’s customer service is nor how to use the point of sale. Behind me there was not even a person. At the end I left and went to buy in Starbucks. Worst Tim Horton's ever. Ordered everything everything bagel with cream cheese, tomatoes, lettuce & steep tea with 2 milk. First was given steep tea with no milk, which was apparently fixed but turned out later that it was coffee not tea. For bagel, the lady screwed the order by giving a separate bagel and another hot dog bun with tomatoes and lettuce. Bagel only had cream cheese on it. Not sure if they read the order or just do things on their own. Not to be racist, but the staff is mostly older Indian ladies, not sure if they understand the language. Worst ever experience at a Tim Hortons especially at a airport where you want to relax for a little while during your long flight. Hopefully never going back to...
