So I went to Tuk Tuk Thai Creekside to give the place a second chance. My first experience with Jordanne and the pad thai was awful . So I went back to Creekside the other day and AGAIN the staff member Usanee was so rude to the workers and treating them badly . I then went back to my usual Tuk Tuk Thai stop which is in Kensington only to find out my favorite person the Manager Neil was now let go. Bad experience here at this location now because this Rose person was just wanting to keep saying she is the manager instead of actually fixing that my crying tiger beef was so dried out and hard it was as if I was chewing beef jerky in my crying tiger dish YUCK! What's going on with this company they cant seem to get properly mannered workers and workers that actually know how to cook Thai food. And getting offered free food from VP John Robarts does not help the fact that this company is going down hill and fast. When you are constantly offering free food due to all the complaints because your company staff is rude or don't know how to cook fix the problem stop throwing a band aid on it that does not help the real problem. That's it for me never again and on my blog I will be sure to tell as many as possible to stay away from Tuk Tuk Thai due to the rude workers and the...

If you have had authentic Thai food you will be disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Satay, the skewers had half the amount of chicken on them than other places and they came coated in sauce rather than having the sauce on the side. The Candied Cauliflower is not an authentic appetizer, it was over sauced. The Pad Thai with Prawns was lacking in flavour and the ‘prawns’ were mushy, smelly and small instead of juicy and sweet. The Cashew chicken tasted the same as the cauliflower, it was lacking in the traditional ingredients of peppers and pineapple, instead using mushy carrots, green beans and onion. They serve main dishes on your choice of rice, but the coconut rice was not very coconut. While this is marketed as fast food, Thai is very fast when when not done as ‘take away’. Considering this restaurant has only been open a short time, I expected better. The restaurant itself is new and clean. I definitely...

This was one of my favorite place until last week. I saw their inhumanity behavior . Me &my girl friend ordered the food and were waiting outside. 15 mins later when we went inside to pick up the order, my girl friend asked them if she can use the washroom. Their answer was NO. They said their washroom is out of order, yeah right. But they have their sign ( still have that) up in the entrance, the washroom is for customers only. I pointed that sign to them and told if you are not allowing anyone to use your facility then you should take out the sign or change. but they refused (weird). Sure enough, after that the customer service turned into worse. I understand the time & situation. Most of the places shutdown their washroom for customers and at least they have a proper sign up front. But this place wants your money and turn their back at you once they get it. So sad to see this...

The food is good, the personal is friendly and the washrooms are nice. Except for that is not the right place for me too eat. Thought even if you eat to-stay you have to scratch the food out of a paper bucket with a plastic fork. The ventilation system is quite loud and adds quite noticeable noise to the uninspiring music. I know, this place is not a restaurant, but in Thailand, there would be free secure wifi available, you would eat out of plates with real cutlery and the food would actually be better. I think the place needs more love. This photo shows how I would enjoy it. I will not come back.

I love Thai food and this is a very good restaurant! Can't tell whether it's truly authentic or not since I haven't been to Thailand yet, but the food is definitely delicious. We ordered Pad Thai and Tom Yum Soup; the portions were big and very well presented. The Pad Thai is not served with sweet and Sour sauce as is the case with other restaurants (or so it seems to me), but is delicious nonetheless. The Thai ice tea was very good as well. The restaurant is also well designed and the atmosphere is relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy place to dine and get out of the house, we ordered chicken cashew, tamarind chicken & candied cauliflower. Restrooms for the guests only are clean, Dining room clean, guests services pleasant, ambiance super simple, great, inviting, plug in for electronics, Thai style sitting areas (green pillows), parking on the street, if walking accessible as well, and overall spacious eating areas. I enjoyed it we hope you get the same experiences.
