Lola's Pizza — Restaurant in Cambridge

For the first time our family ordered from Lola's Pizza located in downtown Galt. I called the order in and they provided delivery service at a very reasonable rate. I was really happy to speak to Janette who walked me through the menu and made suggestions as we have some vegetarians in the house. If you haven't tried this pizza restaurant I beg you to do so - you WILL NOT be disappointed!! Hands down best pizza in the city and I love the idea of supporting a local restaurant over a big chain. Janette couldn't be more friendly if she tried, and being a smaller shop she still managed to get out our very large order with everything fresh and warm when it arrived. The portions are amazing, the topping options are vast, and she doesn't skimp at all on toppings either (as is becoming the case with many other restaurants) - here you get very good value for your money. We tried pizzas, a panzerotti, and we ordered the "specialty" pizza called Bruschetta, but Janette offered to make it for us with out the meat and with a salsa type base (vs their pizza sauce base), and this we used as an appetizer for the family ...it was incredible!! So for any of you who haven't previously heard of this small gem (I happened to see it driving by, other wise I was not aware of its existence), it is definitely worth visiting and again, you will not be disappointed. The food is amazing, as is the service - very very courteous, eager to please, and Janette is a star! She seemed attuned to catering to special requirements which was also really welcome. The delivery fellows were very kind and polite. FANTASTIC food, great vibe, great value! As for us, we will definitely be returning...

I walked to Lola's today Oct 26, 2023 while walking my dog an talked to the owner. Noticing a sidewalk sign advertising a 4 topping with dipping sauce Panzerotti special. I ordered one. Walking home I kept looking for leakage in the bag and was supper impressed after that 15 minute walk the Panzerotti was still warm and in perfect condition. I was only able to eat half but thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I only used the dipping sauce once on the end crust as it was juicy enough and tastee enough not to need anything else. Peperoni-Mushrooms-Bacon-Green pepper. BEAUTIFUL and a great deal. See pictures below

The Pizza below was Canadian BTW. No more trips to Kitchener to find my go to pizza. First trip to Lola's was a pepperoni slice for a snack. The crispy crust, quality pepperoni, cheese and the tomatoe sauce required a more in depth experience. This time a Canadian thin crust confirmed that I only need to go local for a very satisfying pizza. Do yourself a favor and get Lola's home made tomatoe sauce for a dipping sauce! Amazing. It took four slices of my pie to let my dog try a small piece of my crust. Others with me tried the pizza and all agreed, VERY GOOD 👍 Good luck...

Have been ordering from the Water Street location since it opened years ago. Before that we were trying one pizza place after another, always dissatisfied. Lola's uses good quality ingredients and doesn't skimp on the toppings. Flavourful sauce and lots of cheese. Lola is always cheery and usually has a treat for the kids. Sometimes the pizzas are a little undercooked for our liking - we like the cheese slightly browned on top - so we put it under our broiler for a minute or two. When you call, the phone is answered by Lola's son at the Canamera Pkwy location. I had read reviews from others that the order sometimes wasn't passed on to Lola at the Water St. location.
