This Chocolate, Candy, and Nut shop has been a go-to for a very long time. You will never be short on is inspiration from the moment you walk in. The wooden showcase cabinets allows you to step back in time when confectionery stores were families and friends visited to fix a sweet tooth craving. There is so many different shapes of chocolates here, you’re bound to find something suitable for any occasion and every preference… They also make decision making a breeze with their prepared gift packs; something to meet every budget. A must if you’re looking for quality product!

Beautiful place. You can't help but drag yourself inside because it is just too pretty. Staff was very friendly. Although it would be nice if they have labels on their shelves like vegan or glutenfree or sugarfree etc. Would be much easier for customers to go to their specified section and choose from there as the options are overwhelming. The prettiest shop I've been to.

A really lovely store with a wide variety of locally made chocolate and candy options. They also sell Four All ice cream, which is made in Kitchener (and the best locally made ice cream in Waterloo Region in my opinion). There is plenty of free parking options in the area (although you may need to walk a little) and the store is accessibility friendly.

As a customer satisfaction specialist I want to leave this review hoping you improve some aspects about your customer service.

I was an extremely loyal customer always referring my customers, relative and friends to your business. I was proud of the store and products and always bought online but only few times at the store.

Today, I walked in to the store in Galt downtown with my family and my little baby dressing up with my costume for the Halloween event. I was participating in the Halloween hunt, even though my baby doesn’t really eat candies yet, because I wanted to get more involved in the community and I was really happy for having my baby after all this years trying.

I noticed I wasn’t acknowledged neither offered candies even though I clearly had a costume. I brought my family in since they just moved to Cambridge and I was using the opportunity to introduce them to the stores in the core of GALT and proudly talking about the great aspects of the community.

The lady handing out candies completely ignored me and ignored my mom who was also using a costume with me, she was shocked and didn’t understand. I thought that it was maybe because my baby was too small for eating candies; however, other stores didn’t mind it at all and made me feel welcomed. I disregarded the situation and started shopping for candies, chocolates and other items and my brothers were shopping too.

Then, I noticed she was offering candies to other customers who were not even participating in the Halloween hunt and weren’t even using costumes. One lady was even impressed and thanked for the candies since she clearly wasn’t participating in the activity.

I really felt really bad, I’m not sure why she ignored us and I don’t want to play the discrimination card but this is how I felt, discriminated.

My husband pointed out the situation to this young lady and asked for some candies since he saw I was hurt for the situation. I really didn’t care about the candies since I bought my own anyway, but I was impressed about how I was totally ignored as a customer.

Unfortunately, and it is hard to say it, but I won’t be purchasing anymore there for my family or my business. I hope the employees receive more training about how to...

I went to your new guelph location, which replaced a candy store that had a great variety of candy I would fill my gifts out with every year. When I saw this new place I thought I would still give it an honest go but the selection was disappointing. The malls chocolatiers have 5 times the variety with less space. The store colours are dreary and overwhelmingly solid. Looks like the place was painted head to toe with 1 bucket of paint and a mop. Looked for service but despite 2 workers and 1 customer I was ignored, despite one clearly standing back doing nothing but chatting as the other serviced. I stood waiting for 10 minutes before my lunch break was running out. I'm disappointed I now have to travel further for some good choices and service, and hope your place evolves to cater to more than a customer at a time with handful of truffles flavours and...

I recall coming into this store when it was on Main St. back in the 60's. They had those cheese chips which they're not making anymore. I normally only come here at Christmas time. The selection of chocolate is incredible along with the peanuts. This is the only place where I will buy my chocolate and peanuts, especially the Spanish nuts. So hard to find. Great atmosphere at X-Mas time and sure is busy. Be prepared to park down the street. The walk is short. I once asked the owner if I could be locked in there for the night. She laughed. I said I am diabetic and will take my chances. You'll likely find me on the floor in the morning when you come to open the place up but what a way to go. The Toads are my favourite, them and the orange cream chocolates. Put another notch...
