Harvey's — Restaurant in Casselman

Ordered a chicken burger combo, got a wrap instead. Wasn't offered a receipt so wasn't sure what I paid for. Wrap was ok but not what I thought I ordered. There was another burger waiting, so not sure if I was given the wrong order. I was honestly too tired and hungry to make issue of it, which in hindsight was silly.

Upgraded to poutine, the gravy is so watery, hot enough to melt the cheese curds but imparts little flavour, makes the fries soggy and tasteless. Won't be back.

Overheard two customers behind me say "thanks for the meal, but it wasn't very good"

The customer in front of me had ordered bacon and cheese on their chicken wrap, but these ingredients weren't added. These customers didn't have a receipt either to check what they had paid for and didn't want to cause an issue in the end. The cashier was less than helpful in confirming what they had ordered. Went through the Drive Through today. Placed our order. One of the items had to be brought back because they forgot bacon. By the time you wait in the lineup to talk to someone, your food is getting cold.. finally get to the counter, explain what happened. (I had the receipt with me).. He brings the item back to the cook. Comes back and says, we'll you didn't pay for it so they must not have heard you.. QUITE rudely. To which I replied, look at the receipt which CLEARLY showed we had paid for DOUBLE bacon.. By the end, I dealt with extremely rude manager, got 1/2 the order of bacon I had paid for, AND got to eat a cold and slimy (lettuce) meal. Thank you so much Harvey's!! The worst service ive ever seen!!!! In the middle of ordering,the young guy walkec away to answer someones question, then waiting for my order he says he under charged me for a poutine that was 8$ ,he said i owed him another 7$ ,what the hell, 15$ for a poutine???!!!!!!
