Unbelievable. I was on route to the chalet with my greatest acquaintance when we were hit with the realization that consumption of nutrients was necessary for survival. We halted our quest and took a visit to Chez McDo, utilizing the Automobile Express Service. After waiting in the queue for our feast, we were finally served in an untimely manner. We took back to the autoroute, ready to enjoy the fine meal prepared for us. The food was absolutely spectacular (my compliments to the chef). Now, prepared to quench our thirst after being induced by the specialized spices, including NaCl, better known colloquially as salt, we seeked liquid satisfaction, and turned our attention to our medium sized Coca-Cola Company beverages, which tonight's lineup featured Sprite and Coca-Cola itself. However, the most vital instrument used to indulge in the McDonald's beverages was absent. This of course being the liquid transportation device, more commonly known as a "straw". We were truly shocked by this lack of attention to detail by these sub human scum that dare identify themselves as staff of this fine establishment. Our wonderful experience instantly turned grim, and we were left dumbfounded on how to proceed. Mere hours later, our drinks remain untouched due to this critical error. I demand justice be served. For the sake of customer hydration, I plead that no self respecting individual return to this pathetic excuse of a dining location, This is certainly...

My friend and I stopped off at this McDonald's so my friend could have breakfast on the way towards Montreal from Ottawa. We used the drive through. My friend's order was taken okay and then we went to the first drive through window to pay for the meal. The young chap made us wait at this window while he took food orders from two other customers behind us. After we paid we went to the next window to pick up the food. My friend asked for a large black coffee with two sugars, and she received an iced coffee ... which she exchanged for the black coffee. We were then told to drive through and park on the side of the lot to wait for the food. There were five vehicles already there waiting for food. By the time the food was delivered to our car, there were two more vehicles behind us. It occurred to my friend and I that we could have had faster service by going into...

Avoid this location, placed the order, 5 cars ahead of me, took around 5-10 mins per car, sat at the first window looking at a PILE of garbage piled up, went to the second window where I sat for over another 10 mins waiting for my order, the ice cream machine looked like it exploded, garbage was over flowing, they had a mountain or receipts soaked in pop and juice right at the window, the girl serving was extremely rude and seemed like she did not want to be there, said they were out of ceasar sauce for my two salads told he to cancel them, closed the window on me as I said that and came back and handed me the order, I asked if the dressing was in there and she said yes, looked over my order immediately as we took the bag and the fries were dumped to bottom of the bag.. horrible horrible experience.. first and last time ever going to...

Nice place to visit to get out of the city. I came by to grab a coffee. Can you believe an extra large is well under $2 now (TY McDs 🇨🇦) I've seen many families stopping by with children. As well as those who seem to be from Québec. Drive-thru is steady. The staff greeted me in both French and English, so it's definitely bilingual, which is good for those passing through, back & forth from Ottawa–Montréal. Big parking space! I felt safe and comfortable enough to sit outside on the curb to enjoy my hot coffee on a beautiful sunny day! 🌞

Not up to McDonald's standard. Dirty. Ckuuered with strange flowers and messing the counter. The doors have automatic openers but no curb cut for wheelchair accessible. We left due to apparent poor service, HVAC not operating properly and general milieu of dirtiness.

At first I thought I walked into a COOP owned franchise with all the garbage laying around and the broken fountain machine but later succumbed to my mistake. I know McMess but I've never seen McMessy before. Here's what it might look like...
