Restaurant Chez Tony's — Restaurant in Châteauguay

The night of July fourth! My son is 15 and just got his first real job and his first pay! Last night he ordered pizza from tonys. He told me the pizza tasted funny... I took a slice and could see it was soaked in idk what! The pizza was disgusting to be honest. Tasteless and wet the entire thing was soaked right thru the box! I was concerned so I called multiple times but the pizza took very long and only arrived around 3 am. They were closed 🙄 we also tried to call the driver back several times to no avail.today I had to work and soon as I got home I called tonys to make a complaint. They told me cause I only called today that they couldn't do anything about it! Mind you my son payed for that pizza with his hard earned money 38$ to be exact! I informed them that the food took so long that they were closed by the time we received the pizza and that I was unable to call today during work. The girl was rude and said there's nothing we can do "it's yesterday's pizza" whtv that means! I told her I was prob gonna warn ppl not to order from there if this is how they conduct business. She said she didn't care. Basically tonys should be ashamed! Taking 38 dollars of hard earned money from a 15 year old who just got his first paycheck and now has 2 large pizzas sitting in the garbage....

Their extra pepperoni is FUBAR !!

They charged us for extra pepperoni without giving us what we payed for. They assured us that they were going to add it, they didn't and they were explaining the number of pepperoni that they were putting on. They sayed they put the extra on the one layer .. how much pepperoni (or lack of) is there on a reg. ?? Also we ordered black olives on the 2nd pie.. they marked it on the receipt but put green instead and they thought that we were lying about it so they want the pie back .. what r they gonna do with it ? And to top it all off they made us feel like we were anoying costumers complaining for nothing.. They just lost a...

Their pizza was okay at best and the price was decent. However I will never order from there again due to their carelessness. Our pizza had a huge piece of metal in it and when we called to complain and send them a picture of it the person on the phone decided to play dumb and say they have no idea where it came from. The piece of metal was found on a Hawaiian pineapple pizza and it clearly came from can which the pineapples came from. Be careful what you eat from this place or don't eat there at all. I was 1 bite away from ingesting this sharp...
