Robin's — Restaurant in Charlottetown

Ridiculas service. The worst by far place to go to to try and get anything. Tried useing the. Public washrooms which werent cleaned smelled horrible. And than to top it off an arrogant older lady that was working behind the counter came and barged into the bathroom while it was in use and starts yelling at me for no reason other than her having a bad day or thinking she knows more than she actually did. Tried saying the other coworker knocked on the door to tell me to leave when all he did was walk to the door knock and ask if i was alright? After only being in the bathroom for less than 2-3 minuets and than literally moment later this older lady came and was absurdly angry over me useing the washroom. Which at that point i had let my girlfriend into the bathroom and was trying to re-wrap her swollen foot to avoid further complication which wouldve only taken me maybe 3-5 minuets to accomplish there wasnt one soul in the place itd would have been a different situation if the place was packed and someone else needed in the bathroom in an emergency type of a situation but this was soley this lady having a bad day and found the need to take it out on me. I will try and find out this ladies name and see what and why she had to yell at me for useing the bathroom. To top it off i couldnt even finish useing the bathroom because she unlocked the door and stood there n watched me nor could i order anything so robins i will never buy a damn thing from you guys and everyone will hear this experience. The gas delivery guy for the Petro-Can came as I was entering the coffee shop, and he needed an employee who works there to move her car so that he could pull his truck up to fill the tanks. She found this out just after I ordered and paid for my breakfast sandwich. There are three people total working. All three of the staff dropped everything they were doing and went outside when only the ONE PERSON needed to move their car. I'm standing there several minutes with no one behind the counter. I was the only person in the store, just waiting for someone to come back. Another customer walks in and starts waiting too. It took way too long for someone to come back and realize that no one has even started making my sandwich. Finally one guy came back in and made it for me. But seriously, how many people does it take to move one person's car?! The other two staff just abandoned the cash and two customers to do... what? Supervise/watch her move her vehicle? The cluelessness of the staff there is...

The donuts are tasty, but you need to stop lumping all the donuts in one bin. Coconut is an allergen of many and it's extremely off-putting to go there expecting to eat a nice chocolate donut only to find that because they were lumped together, there are coconut pieces stuck to the other donuts. People can be severely allergic to coconut; you're looking at trouble if you continue this. What's so hard about using one tray for the allergen-containing foods and one for those that...
