The food is delicious but the customer service is bad, they make mistakes with the orders, and the price is high.

Update to my first review. I sent a summary of the first bad customer service experience to the email address. Last week, I had a second bad customer service experience. I made an order on the app. I did this because I wanted to get points. When I arrived, they did not see my order in the system. I opened the app to check it and the app was not functional - freezing. I reinstalled the app, it didn't resolve the problem. The person at the location told me they have nothing to do with the app and can't help me. I had to order then without the app and as a result did not get the points. I understand that occasionally technology doesn't work. However, a good customer service experience would have been if I was offered points on my account or something to make up for the app failing. The prices have risen a lot. It is better to try one of the many other delicious chicken places...

Not happy, 1/6 of my gift cards I gave away was presented and was found to have a 0$ balance!

4/6 were checked and had 0 balances, 1 19$ and one was right at 25$.

Their working on it for me. Will update when its done.

2 cards fixed. 4 to go. They have been cancelled.

Still waiting for the four remaining card # to be refunded or reloaded to proper value. Not happy. Over a week now. Jan 15 now. I'm told a card was used. It was in a Province outside were I mailed it, and the day before my Canada Post receipt is dated. Come on! Refund my money.

Jan. 22 now today I got a gift card with 45.44 on it not 100. Store employee says their head office is unresponsive, plus their store is out this money too!

I've had no personal contact from Mary Browns head office, or this locations owner.

Contacted by head office awesome rep Melaine Jan 23. Within a day my refund is coming plus some coupons. They were very sorry for my experience, sighting card fraud by someone...

Sad to give it 1 star. I would advise to Not go to this place. There were 2 people there this time. The lady was just training though. The guy provided Very Bad service. I explained that the other time, the breast was wonderful but I couldn't eat the little leg. I asked about getting a wing instead. He said yes. We'll give you whatever you like. I mentioned the breast at least twice. I should have known not to trust. I get home and open the bag. The box is 1/2 the size as the first one I got. The chicken was horrible in comparison. He gave me a back with lots of bones and almost no meat. The wing was ok. He blatantly LIED to me. I would have gone back 2 more times this week. The fries were cheap both times. Potatoes are not expensive. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. BEYOND DISGUSTING service!!!!!!!!!! I rarely treat myself....
