Red Swan Pizza — Restaurant in Chilliwack

New update: I am flabbergasted by the service provided by the staff here. I ordered 3 medium pizzas again I prefer them not baked as long as they normally do, we also don't do the sesame seeds or green peppers. After we got home we noticed there were green peppers on half of the pizza we ordered. We did half bbq chicken half taco we were bummed but since was just half we weren't going to call but then my phone rang and it was the manager calling me to verify the mistake. They wanted to make it right and even deliveried it out to us. I dont think ive ever had such service. They went above and beyond. Bravo Red Swan Bravo!! This time was both of our favorite time. It was beyond our expectations!! Keep up the wonder work!!! Updated review: I was blown away by the service since writing my last review. The manager replied on here, and when I was back in the country, I called and spoke with him and he wanted to ensure me that, what I had experienced was uncommon and wanted to make it right. He remade my order with some different selections, and we also chose to skip the sesame seeds on the crust. This time, we got the bbq chicken again, half of the tuscan again and half a honey garlic chicken, and an Alfredo chicken bacon add jalapeños. And boy, was this a night and day difference. The honey garlic is my new favorite. All the pizzas were perfectly baked and delicious. The combination of the price point and the selection alone was good before, but now it's outstanding! We will definitely be back! Thank you for caring enough to make this right that alone is rare today!! Thank you!

I so wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It was our first time trying Red Swan, I read through many reviews on multiple sources and was legitimately excited about it.The price is great, and the menu has such a variety. We decided on the bbq chicken, meat fan, and did a half and half of the tuscan chicken, and spicy Perogies even tried the nachos. However, we found the pizza be dry and over baked, as if it was lacking sauce. I asked to not put the green peppers on any of our items, they do not agree with me at all, but unfortunately they were not, I was very disappointed because they are cut so small it's hard to remove them all. Edit: I called in to the store to speak with an amazing customer service rep, I’m sorry I forgot your name (terrible with names). He not only apologized, but explained the quality of the food was of high quality, and he was very sorry that they had provided a poor customer experience. He offered to remake the order and send it out for what ever time I wanted. So we had it delivered tonight. The bacon cheese sticks were awesome, the taco pizza was delicious in flavor, still very watery, but that comes with taco pizzas, when they are delivered. The Canadian pizza was loaded with flavor, and had a fantastic crunch on the crust. The dough was fresh and very light, but yet the pizza itself was perfect on the toppings. Over all, customer service was a 5/5, the delivery driver was friendly 5/5, the pizza flavor itself was a 4/5 (we just weren’t a huge fan of the sauce). If your looking for friendly service, good pizza, and a local restaurant to order from, these guys are defiantly the place to order from.

I was very excited to try Red Swan pizza. I went out of our normal order from another local pizza place, and we wanted to try it. We tried the bacon ranch sticks. Flavor wise, it was okay, but the half undercooked, half burnt bread was very un appetizing. We also tried to chicken taco pizza, again half burnt, half undercooked. The lettuce was very wilted even though it arrived in a decent amount of time. The pizza itself due to be over cooked/undercooked, left a very watery substance underneath when it arrived.

The last pizza we tried was the Canadian. It looked pretty good on the menu, so we thought why not, it’s hard to screw up Canadian. Unfortunately, again the pizza was half burnt, half undercooked. It left a very burnt flavor in our mouths, due to it sitting in the box.

I have worked in the food service industry in the past, specifically in pizza. The dough that red swan uses is good, but I am almost sure it was last nights dough that was left out to dry out.

Over all I am very disappointed, I hade very high hopes for Red Swan pizza, and I hope the criticism is well reviewed and taken into consideration. You know when the pizza comes out, if you would serve it to a customer or not. This was not a time I would have let my product...

Ordered from here for the first time for a Christmas eve pizza party. Upon delivery, the pizza seemed very impressive. The pizza looked delicious, with lots of toppings and cheese. The pizza tasted absolutely delicious, perhaps one of the best local places in chilliwack. That very night, I left a 5 star Google review. However things changed. We ordered 3 different pizzas. One of the pizzas that we ordered had chicken on it. This pizza resulted in severe sickness by those who ate it. Severe vomiting, diarrhea for days. The other pizzas that were ordered did not contain chicken and those who ate it were fine. I contacted this location to advise them of what had happened. I did not request a replacement pizza or refund, I simply wanted to make the business owner aware of what our experience was. After going through what we had, we did not want anyone else to get sick.
