I recently visited Fatburger for a quick lunch break and opted for their California veggie burger. While not a vegan myself, I was intrigued by the inclusion of a fried egg and why it would be added on a vegan menu. However, my experience was marred by some concerning observations.

As I watched the staff prepare my burger, I noticed a significant issue with cross-contamination. The use of a single pair of gloves for tasks involving raw eggs, handling buns and toppings, and even operating the fryer raised serious concerns about food safety practices.

Moreover, upon grabbing my drink, I discovered the grimy state of the bottom grill in the drink dispenser, tainted with residue from syrups, rust and more. The overall lack of cleanliness added another layer of discomfort to my visit.

Despite a 20-minute wait for my to-go order, the rush back to work was met with disappointment. The onion rings container revealed a layer of grease and oil at the bottom, indicating a need for improved handling of fried items before packaging.

While my experience wasn't terrible, there's significant room for improvement in terms of food handling safety and cleanliness at Fatburger. Addressing these concerns would undoubtedly enhance the overall...

I went into fatburger to order a kids grilled cheese meal because I used to get them before and really enjoyed it. I am a vegetarian so I don’t eat any burgers or anything meat related for that matter so I opt for the grilled cheese option which normally the staff are great about but when I ordered it, i got a weird look and this girl looked at me and said in a very rude tone “That is only for kids 12 and under!” and I am well aware because I am 18 but i don’t find that terribly old and anyways shouldnt it be enough that I want to pay for your food? Why does it matter if it is off the kids menu? I like the restaurant but don’t like burgers and suddenly I’m denied service to get a kids mean because i’m 18? it was ridiculous. She did not want to give me the meal, thought it was quite strange as I am the one paying for it. She didn’t budge so I walked out and she did not seem to care. Very disappointed as I used to always go here. Why would you deny someone food that they would...

If I'm asked where I want to go for a burger. It's fat burger. The selection of options, choices of drinks from fountain pop, to assorted chilled teas and even milk shakes is amazing. So many different options to choose from with their burgers that even after several years I'm still trying something new. The staff is always friendly and very appreciative for your patronage. Food gets brought to your table and you get the restaurant feel from a delicious burger joint. Plus it's a way better and healthier alternative to the other "fast food" burger locations in town. Even convince the kids in my life to switch from the Golden arches to fat burger. That right there is a huge win for any parent. Will continue to done here when I'm in town and always look forward to the...

So, this is what a thirty dollar “meal “ looks like. Mediocre food, thrown together to look like a luke warm mess. Thirty bucks should pay for a premium burger. I know it’s take out but I carefully carried it to my car and this is exactly the way we opened it. It looks like I kicked the bag all the way home. And they wanted a tip for take out! I found out later that if you leave a tip, the server calls out “Fat Tip!” To the kitchen. I didn’t leave a tip because in the latest obligatory tip culture, I don’t believe in tipping for take out. But it sure makes me wonder if the food I was served is a direct result of no tip…. Last time. Ever. I can get a burger from Burger King for a third of the price and enjoy it just as much.

Brought 2 of my kids out for breakfast at Fat Burger on century rd. They shared an 11 dollar meal. It was very tasty, especially considering the reasonable price. Absolutely enormous quantities make sharing a meal an easy way to keep costs down when bringing your kids out for a treat. The server was very pleasant, the music was trendy. The bathrooms were quite clean. Total cost was about the same as going to McDonalds and getting the kids a happy meal each. My meal, and the kids meal was around 18 bucks all in. Not bad to feed 3 people.
