Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in City of Spruce Grove

Trash all I can say. Was Ready in 7-10 mins thought perfect. Then I figured out why made so fast. Too fast. Ordered NY PEP and med regular crust 2 topper. Regular crust was 1/2 to 3/4 thinner than the NY. How can the regular crust be so thin in the center of the pizza (inner 6-8 inches). There was no care going into making this pizza, stretched so thin in the middle built up to 3-4” of crust one side and other side nothing. Unreal. If you’re too busy hire more people. This location when first opened was phenomenal. I don’t know who’s cooking up pizzas now, but they should stop and wrecking the Papa Johns name.At $37with specials. This was such a let down , just like the last few times I had it You want Papa John’s you go to Edmonton stay away from the Spruce Grove location. The owner of this location simply doesn’t care anymore and pumps out pizza with zero Care given. because now this is the third time where I had the laziest effort put into the prep of the pizza before cooking. Pathetic for the cost. Just please care about what you’re doing. Order some where else. Would love for there to be another...

Pizza is good. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Our address all of a sudden stopped working on their website so I called the store to see if they would honour the online promo over the phone. The kid (male) who answered the phone was polite and wanted to accommodate me but wanted to double check so he went to ask a co worker (female) and she said “she is probably entering her address wrong” (I’m not an idiot, this isn’t my first rodeo) “we can’t do anything in the store she will have to call the 1-877 #” so I called the number, the guy was accommodating, he said my address wasn’t working for him either so he called the store and had them honour the promo. I asked the Asian guy why he couldn’t just honour my order from the very beginning and avoided me spending an additional 30 minutes placing my order and he said “we needed managers approval.” Train your staff properly man... the manager should have been notified straight away and should have just honoured it. Do I have to go through this every time I want...

After todays experience with Papa Johns in Spruce Grove we will never order from here again. The person we spoke to when we called to ask if our order had gone through fron skip the dishes was extremely dismissive and rude. We ordered 2 thin crust extra large pizzas. They made regular crust because they do not offer thin crust on exrra larges. We had made a comment on the order specifying we wanted thin crust. Instead of informing us they were not going to make what we ordered, they just made the pizzas and ignored our request. I spoke to the manager Morris. This morris should not ever be a customer service representative. He wouldnt even listen to us trying to explain that we would have not ordered Extra large if they were only regular crust. Morris wouldn't let us speak, he was rude and dissmissive. The pizza is normally great and this was not good pizza today. Spending $90 on pizza we did not want is not how anyone wants to spend their hard earned dollars. So...
