This was on 17/06/21 between 1-1:30pm. We came for two drinks and four $25 gift cards. My aunt spoke with an accent and the unpleasant barista who was taking our order giggled before asking my aunt to repeat what she said. After a long pause, the lady barista asked if we needed anything else. I ordered my drink (tall blonde oat latte) and confirmed if it's okay to order gift cards through them. She said yes. We understand that drive-through lanes can get busy, but when we drove up the pickup window, another barista just handed the card machine to my aunt without properly connecting with us nor confirming our order. Then, it took another 5 minutes or so for these baristas to figure out that gift card transactions are, after all, not allowed via drive-through. My aunt had to go around the block again to find parking and go inside the store. It was such a waste of time. We were in a hurry; unfortunately, this was the only Starbucks nearby. After my aunt left the store, we found out (too late) that instead of a venti blonde white chocolate mocha, she paid for a venti green tea latte with extra whip (which didn't even have the whipped cream).

My aunt chose their business and expected good service. There were three baristas when we pulled up at the pickup window - not one of them specifically confirmed the only two drinks we ordered and wasted our time by not making sure that gift card transactions cannot be done drive-through. Despite repeating herself and having went inside the store, these unfriendly baristas still got her order wrong.

My aunt and I had to switch drinks as she needed coffee before rushing to work. I can't have the matcha latte as it was made with regular milk and I have dairy-sensitivity.

Subpar drinks. Terrible service. Worst drive-through experience.

"When we are fully engaged, we connect with, laugh with, and uplift the lives of our customers – even if just for a few moments. Sure, it starts with the promise of a perfectly made beverage, but our work goes far beyond that. It’s really about human connection." - This is the principle Starbucks partners are supposed to live by for their customers. Apparently, the partners in this location couldn't care less...

I'm sorry to have to say this, but one too many times I've been disappointed with my simple beverage order at this location. I'm starting to feel like the young barista feels like she knows better how I like my coffee. Seriously, what is so freaking mysterious about a double short Americano. In a world of low fat, extra hot, half soy, foam on the side, venti lattes, a simple extra shot of espresso seems like a pretty straight forward request. Especially at a place that specializes in espresso based beverages! So many times, at this location, I'm deprived of that very same straight forward request. I ask for it; I pay for it; you specialize in it; why can't I have it. I can tell when it's not there, that's why I ask for it. To my taste, a perfect cup of coffee = 1 shot of espresso per 4oz hot water. You have the technology century crossing starbucks!!! Please for the love of the bean, just make it how I want it;and how I paid for it! I'm sorry to have to do this starbucks, you know I love you, but it had...

I can't blame the barista as much is she isn't being properly supported by leadership in the store. Today pretty much solidify that I will go the extra mile to get my drinks at the Jennifer Heil location or Stony Plain. When I walked in , there was only two cars in drivethru ( a factor when visiting this location , less cars the better) and not one customers in the store. But it was a full house of staff and still took 15 min to make a simple peach black tea lemonade, which was made incorrectly. I am not ordering a complicated drink, but I order it at many locations, and this location can't seem to make it correctly. I have addressed issues before with Market Leader and its time for a major change. I don't do many reviews, but after 7 years, and no improvement in service or attitude in store, your better off at different location in the area. I am not kidding that the extra time in the drive to another location, would be faster than the service there, and better chance the drink will be...

I do not frequent this location but everytime that I do, the drinks just are not made right. I will usually send it back and get them to add or remake. I was told to add “extra” sweet cream, it would cost extra… I have attached a photo because I do not believe this is an acceptable cold brew and that I was given an appropriate amount of cream. I ended up not drinking it and I have decided that I will not be returning to this location. Starbucks in general has gone downhill.. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to have my drink made to standards.

This is my regular Starbucks and they are always so friendly and welcoming. They know my dog Daisy as she has been getting pup cups once every couple weeks since she was a puppy but they know her by name. I haven’t had one wrong order from them! The drive through is a bit of a hassle cause of the location but it is humorous seeing how upset people get when they cut in line, we will all get our coffee eventually! Why get upset! Anyways, amazing location, fantastic staff and I will continue to recommend this location.
