Usually it’s good. Today I was screwed up. Ordered 2 salads, one double shrimp salad bowl, no queso. Had no shrimp regular chicken instead. And big blob of queso chees that my wife doesn’t like. Second salad supposed to be chicken and has steak nowhere did I order steak at all. Then there’s the burrito, ordered chicken and bam there was the shrimp, only sauce I asked for is burrito sauce and it’s loaded with sour cream. Come on! Not one item done right and I had to wait and extra 10 mins for my order as this was an online order. Order confirmation attached so the error is seen. I live 35 mins away and don’t find these problems until I get home. This deserves a refund!
Update! Store took care of the issue. Full refund of bad order and 50% off the latest order I picked up today. Very friendly staff and the food is good, they took care of the issue so 5stars and I...
Read moreI love Mucho in general. At the Spruce location they make the shrimp to order so it's always fresh and not over cooked (unlike a couple other Edmonton locations). The heat of the hot salsa is inconsistent. I love my spicy food but the salsa is either just hot or so painfully hot that you can't enjoy your meal. You never know what you're going to get. The service used to be terrible but in the past 6 months to year they've had some different people there and it's much better; the food isn't as 'thrown together' (meaning a giant mess when you go to eat it). I've been going to this location since they first opened and have never had an issue with the cleanliness, even during peak hours. There has been the odd time when I go within an hour of closing that the food isn't the freshest and/or they're out of stuff but that's to be expected when you're going right...
Read moreVery disappointing experience today. Probably shouldn't have sick employees making burritos or handling any food at all. Totally grossed me out, and who knows how many people will get sick from him. That employee is doing more harm than good by coming into work sick and passing his germs onto everyone. I felt like he was contaminating everything with his disgusting snorting, and heavy sick breathing all over the food sitting in warming trays. It was absolutely disgusting and I'm mortified that he would even be allowed to handle food and was not sent home immediately. Sick food workers cause hundreds of foodborne illness outbreaks, and many of these outbreaks could be prevented simply by making sure that food workers don’t work while they are sick. We already have enough trouble trying to keep everyone healthy........ but let's let the sick guy make...
