Square Boy Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Clarington

I’ve ordered pickup 3 weeks ago and i was told 25-40 minutes. At 50 minutes they still didn’t have the pizza in the oven. They were in the weeds and the driver wasn’t coming back to get the orders. While they were bogged down another customer showed up to order a pickup and the girl left the store to go feed and pet the customers dog. I had given them the benefit of the doubt at that point, but when you prioritize leaving the store to pet a dog when you have long running orders I start to loose patience. I said to my family that I wouldn’t order from there again. Fast forward to tonight, I order for delivery because my son loves the pizza. I was told 40 minutes, it’s been 70 minutes and when I called I’m told The driver left with it and they’re busy tonight. The pizza arrived and it wasn’t fresh the crust was hard and chewy and tasted like it came out of the oven a considerable time ago. I purchased $50.00 worth of food approximately a year ago. When my order was delivered it was left at someone else's door with no communication that it was even delivered. I called the store as my delivery instructions were clear, side door, and the employee confirmed it stated that. The employee apologized and credited me the full amount of my order, which I very much appreciated. Now, I wanted to use my credit. I called the store to place my order and the employee applied my full $50.00 to my order, even though that wasn't my total (it was less). Then the food took almost 3 hours to be delivered and part of my order was missing. I didn't even call the store back because all I've experienced is disappointment and now that is my expectation. I sent an email to provide feedback with no response. If my email was sent to the wrong address it should have been forwarded to the proper one and my email acknowledged. Ordered 2 pizzas online , same toppings One pizza came with only just cheese . Had house of guests and added toppings from fridge Called store next day and was offered 10 % off next pizza . Was told this can happen sometimes when ordering online. Leaves you to question that if this happens sometimes , why hasnt this computer glitch been fixed ? Store would not refund but did say to call in my order next time to avoid computer online errors. So if you want to buy 25 dollars worth of cheese bread this is the place to go .
