Audacious — Local services in Clarington

Writing a review on behalf of my mum since she doesn’t use Google:

My mum recently went into Audacious looking for some weddings outfits for my upcoming May nuptials. The staff at Audacious were so helpful to her making recommendations of what to wear and how to style each piece. They didn’t have her size for certain items in stock but reassured her they could order the items and would keep her informed as to their arrival.

Each time a piece came in they gave her a call to let her know but they were so kind to keep everything until all the pieces were in stock to save her running back and forth to collect items. She was able to get some beautiful outfits that she feels comfortable in and I’m so happy for her!

I have been looking for a cardinal charm for my bracelet. I checked with a well known charm place with no success. There was no such thing. Then I visited this shop in Bowmanville and to my surprise they had a beautiful silver cardinal charm that fit my bracelet. Staff very friendly and helpful. They ordered this charm for me and followed through by calling me when it arrived. They have beautiful unique things. Well yesterday I went searching for Lamp Bergere oils and found this little gem. I called to enquire and had a lovely conversation with the owner I believe. She spent a significant amount of time assisting me over the phone and was incredibly helpful. When we realized my hours would not allow a same day visit, she gladly offered to deliver on her way home. Now that's great service.
