Today I went to get a breakfast sandwich and a French vanilla... As always I asked for a bacon breakfast bagel lightly toasted not grilled paid for it and waited.. I got the French vanilla with the initial's FV and waited for my bagel the lady doing the hot food asked what I was waiting for I told her and she said sry they didn't ring it in and I said well I paid for more then a French vanilla she looked back on her screen and said no so they figured out it was there she just didn't see it... then she handed me a plain bagel with cream cheese I said this isn't right I ordered a bacon bagel lightly toasted she re did it and this time it was over toasted so once again she had to do it. It still wasnt that good.. and she was very rude the entire time from the first bagel until I left... and if that wasn't bad enough I got to work opened the what I thought was French vanilla and it was coffee... I suggest people stay away from any of the timmies in the Collingwood and surrounding area they all have problems and never get resolved and I have been told there all owned by the same owner so that would...
Read moreI took the family to Tim Horton's at 5:45 pm today for dinner. No sandwich combos appeared on the screen. When I asked where the sandwiches were, the employee looked at the screen with surprise, and verbally told me the options. She did not fix the screen problem for future customers. After ordering, I went to the washroom. Two washrooms were permanently closed and the other one was locked. Instructions said to get the key from an employee. Same employee couldn't find the key, and assumed that someone was in the washroom. When I went back later the key was there, and attached to a broom handle so it wouldn't get lost or stolen. Tacky and awkward. When I got my turkey bacon club sandwich, it wasn't on the usual baguette bun. It was instead on a small square bun. When I asked about this, the same employee said they were out of the regular buns. You'd think that if a customer is going to get a sandwich that is 60% the size of what he's used to at Tim's, the customer should be informed first! This is not the standard I am used to at Tim Horton's, but perhaps this is the...
Read moreThis place repeatedly disappoints. The hashbrowns they put in the breakfast wraps are regularly dry and hard and I've taken to asking before I order if they're fresh and then they didn't get the shot of espresso in my red eye Iced Capp. Which they charge extra for. If it's not one thing it's another. The next Tim's over is halfway to the mom and pop Collingwood Coffee place in the parkinglot of Home Hardware that I love and enjoy. I'll just go there more often, I just wanted hot eggs in my breakfast but we can't get everything we want, especially not if we order it at this Tim's. This is also the smallest farmers wrap I've seen. Also, the edges of the hashbrown are still hard, chewy and inedible. I was giving a 2 star for forgetfulness after issues but the issues continue and my wife and I are never eating at...
