Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Collingwood

The service at this location is sad and after today I refuse to eat here again.

Today I placed a mobile order online and when I went to pick it up not that long after they told me they didn’t receive any online orders. I then showed them the receipt. They tried to tell me that the order was placed for Thursday and proceeded to point at the screen where the only information shown was “take out and the address”. I then showed them the email confirmation which was definitely placed for today date and time matching what I said. After which they said they could make me it at that moment but were out of chili and wedges to which I responded that it was fine. Not even a minute into waiting I look over and see my receipt with my food sitting on the counter. The order was still not complete missing 10 timbits and a ice capp.

After I had left I opened the bag and everything looked inedible. The two chicken wraps were undercooked and covered in dead and wilting lettuce that looked like they took it from the trash, the chili was stone cold and came with no spoon or bread, the wedges were rock hard and the 10 timbits I ordered were supposed to be all honey dip but weren’t.

Long story short...

I visited this location today and was very unhappy... This location has no seats it's more for drive thru but there is a service counter aswell... Today I went in to get donuts and cappuccino and first thing there was a customer inappropriately dressed and was not asked to leave there were younger patrons in line she had on skimpy pajama pants and a robe and nothing underneath the robe I can tell u that because she bent down and it pretty much came off partially showing her upper... she was also yelling at the staff in the back by name I'm assuming they all know each other and she stunk of alcohol... To top it all off there was about 6 customers in line and the lady on the til was trying her hardest and she asked atleast 5 times in my couple minutes for help and all the others just ignored and stood in the back there was drive thru customers but atleast 2 of the 5 employees were doing nothing but talking and walking in circles instead of helping the nice lady on the counter with the 6 customers she had and a drunk half naked girl... all said I'm done with...

I’ve never really had any issues with this location. But we ordered two chicken bacon ranch wrap combos through the drive thru and 1. My wrap came out looking like this. 2. Our donuts were just thrown into a bag. And 3. It totalled $20...

Took the wrap back and the girl shook her head as if we blew up the wrap. She responded that the wrap was put together properly and that it “shouldn’t blow up like that when opening it.” She wasn’t respectful, kind or personable.

I don’t care if it was made properly or not. If I open the package and it looks like that, as a customer service representative for Tim Hortons, you take the wrap back and apologize for the inconvenience. I’m not looking for a free sandwich, I just want to eat the damn thing.

Needless to say, we WON’T be coming back.

Please address the staff at this location. I don’t know if it’s a bad apple or the whole team. But, as a Guest Service worker, I know how I should be treated and it was far from it.

I truly hope this can be resolved and no one else is treated as...
