As a food courier, I find they've gotten faster and more efficient now that they've figured out how things work.
But as a customer? It's been the rare visit over the last 3 years where things have gone as we hoped. We've had visits where they were out of gravy; we've had visits where they were out of onion rings; we've ordered chicken buckets only to find they were out of salads. We've come in the wee hours wanting to enjoy their 24 hour breakfast, only for them to refuse because they only had 1 cook on duty. Last time we went with a friend who ordered the deluxe Beyond Meat burger, but it had barely anything on it. Plus their soda machine was apparently broken to the point where all they could offer from it were diet rootbeer and cola.
Aside from a manager who swapped the absent salads for onion rings, and the young man at the drive thru who randomly gave us blueberry pies for no apparent reason, these situations have never been handled.
If you're looking for a late-night snack, go to McD's instead of wasting your time in the DT for something that might disappoint. They seem to be much more on top of things during the day despite the apparent failings of whomever does...

Ordered from skip the dishes and they forgot two of our drinks We called them and the lady accused us of lying and blaming skip the dishes when a&w was clearly in the wrong. The said they double checked the order and said we should have gotten the drinks, and yet we didn't. They said they would get the manager to call us the next day and the manager did no such thing. The lady refused to give us her name we tried calling again but wouldn't let us speak to the manager..this was the worst customer service I had ever Recieved. So I called headquarters left them a message and hopefully they will call us back soon and order some sort of refund or voucher because we wasted money We have proof of oder and will continue to keep the proof for headquarters Hopefully I will get something resolved. On Oct 29, 2022, at 1:37 pm, I ordered 5 strip chicken combo and after consuming 1.5 bites into the chicken, it came out raw with water coming out. Once I brought this to the employee's attention, she took the chicken and threw it out. I was given a new chicken combo as if nothing had happened and was told to enjoy the meal.
What I'm more concerned about and frustrated about were your employee and assistant manager's lack of professionalism. They kept saying sorry and blamed it was the intern's fault without even going back to the kitchen. It appeared there were 10 people in the kitchen but I was shocked to hear nobody was paying attention to the new hire and the quality of food was not being supervised. No immediate action was taken by the assistant manager. I asked for a refund and did not want to receive the new order as I had lost my appetite.
Now I'm constantly heading to the bathroom and having stomach pain. I already took the medication and the pain persisted...
