Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Coquitlam

I used to order pizza from this place at least once every two weeks. The taste wasn't bad, but I recently found strange objects in my last two orders and had to complain about it. The owner called me, asked how they could make it right, and offered a free pizza. I agreed to this and sent them photos of the objects as they requested, but then I heard nothing back, which was quite surprising.

A few weeks later, I placed an order through the app and went to pick it up. I explained the situation to the staff, but they said there was nothing they could do and that I should talk to the owner. Since I had already placed the order, I took it home and texted the owner. However, I received no response.

This experience was very unpleasant and disappointing. I don't think I will be ordering from here again. The customer service...

Food was okay. Service is terrible. Went in to pick up my online order. Store was empty when I got in, someone else came in after me and lined up behind me. An Asian male employee from the back making pizzas came out to the front and looked at the person behind me and acknowledged their order and provided an estimated time update. He then went back to making pizzas, ignoring that I was there. I was still standing there waiting to be helped.

Then another employee realized I was not helped, she hesitantly came to the front and asked what can she help me with. She handed me my order.

In terms of customer service, this was for sure one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered.

Food wise, it was okay. EXTREMELY greasy, there was a pool of oil under the pizza. If it wasn't for the deal, wouldn't have come to try...

The owner of this location is extremely rude and arrogant as the "customer is always wrong" here. The guy who works here every day and calls himself the owner desperately needs some training in buisness and customer service...Dont try to ask him why he charges more than every other little cesars locaton in Canada for his lunch combos and other items which are never "ready when you are" or "hot and ready" as they advertise! False advertising, owner rude and arrogant with anger issues and is scamming customers...that's what you will find here so go to any other location to be treated with respect and pay advertised prices! (coquitlam centre location is good and only a few mins away...
