McDonald's — Restaurant in Coquitlam

Everyone love McDonald's...but unfortunately Muslims... Indus...Jews and vegetarians don't really get to enjoy it...because grills use for bacon and other meats are all cooked on same grills...not making it kolsher or halal for them... McDonald's are millionaire's...they should put efforts in finding a solution for all ethnic of any background feel welcome and be part of their family...if u have time to rebuild to install table with number and order box stations for customers... shouldn't u have grills for beef separate from grills for bacon...and use vegetable oils for all ingredients...all ur workers should equally respect changing gloves according to what their cooking...imagine if doctors never washed their hands or never changed glove for each patient he sees...how sick the world would get... McDonald's serve thousands and millions a day throughout the world... McDonald's like a mother preparing meals for her family...would she give none caring meals that might not be agreeable with each individual needs...trust me I'm a mom...I have to watch out for allergies...one wants to be vegetarian...one loves more beef...the other wants chicken...no pork families have rights to be welcome at McDonald's...so make it...

Lets face it, you don't come to this place for quality or atmosphere, you come for convenience. So when that's lacking, there's no point.

Have on occasion hit the drive through as i'm in a rush. My commute to work is a long one so quick in and out and have my drink on my way. I order a breakfast meal and a hot drink with honey in it. These people throw some honey packets in the bag. Surely they misunderstood the request.

I give these guys another chance as the guy in the drive through is pleasant. I order my meal and ask for my hot drink and ask they put the honey IN the drink. I get to the window and they argue saying they don't do that, but can put it in the bag. I tell them i have a long drive and don't have the time to pull over to put my drink together. They say its UNSANITARY for them to put it in. .. WHAT?.. they can put sugar in your drink, sweetener, they touch your food to put it together, but you can't put the honey IN the drink?

Lazy attitude from these people. If they consider it UNSANITARY to put honey in a drink, don't touch my food, get out of the business, hire some people that want to...

I don't usually review a fast food restaurant, but after "Multiple" similar incidents, I have to write it to warn people about this place. When you order drive in, make sure that you check the order especially if you order more than 2 items, because today marked the fourth time that this chain "FORGOT" to put one of the order and mask it in the pile of other orders in one bag.

My order today: McCrispy Bacon Deluxe meal, 20 McNuggets and Fillet of Fish burger. They deliberately packed all of the food in one bag and lo and behold when I opened it at home, they "FORGOT" to put the fillet of fish burger.

If this only happens once, I wouldn't think about but this is now my fourth time, losing an order, the items they "FORGOT" in the past, "6 Mcnuggets 2x, another Fish of Fillet" It seems to me that this becomes a habit whenever the person who did the order is this lady by the name of YASHPREET. So be careful, when you order more than 2 items, ask for receipts, stay in the parking lot, check your orders then leave, don't let YASHPREET eat your meal because she "FORGOT" to put your small order of burger...
