McDonald's — Restaurant in Dartmouth

Worst experience I've had at McDonald's. Ordered 2 RANCH crispy chicken snack wraps inside on the menu board, got my receipt and waited for my food.... and waited and waited and waited..... Nobody else but the ppl with me that ordered after I did.... And waited some more, no big deal they took a while. Get my food and sit down to take one big bite of a spicey buffalo wrap. Wrong oder after all that time. Go back up, my friends are all still there waiting for their food, and tell them my order is wrong. The lady takes my food to the back and comes back to tell me that I ordered Buffalo spicey with a SIDE of ranch. Only issue there is the receipt right on the front of the bag says "RANCH crispy chicken snack wrap" no mention of Buffalo spicey anywhere and even if I did that there wasn't a side of ranch either! Justify that somehow lol. Cool, tell me I ordered wrong when I didn't. It's my fault apparently. Anyways, get my "ranch crispy chicken snack wrap" and go sit back down and don't I take a nice big bite of a f#&@king buffalo spicey wrap yet again..... Come on. Meanwhile some other ppl came in from the drive thru that ordered spicey Buffalo and guess what they got? You guessed it. After what seemed like forever and having it blamed on me somehow, I got my food. What a joke though. Never going back to that McDonald's which is good. Less is better...

What just happened. Should have left when we walked through a cloud of flies on the way in. Went in with my son for a burger and a shake. Wasn't busy but a few friends of staff showed up at the same time and were chatting up the staff at the front counter. No one seemed focused on customers at all. One of the workers proceeds to walk by saying 'I lost my fingernail' and had her finger in her mouth. She left, I assume looking for her fingernail and came back still nursing the finger in the mouth sucking on it. Meanwhile my food arrived at the counter, kind of throw and go. No shakes to be seen. We stand waiting for the shakes for a few more minutes and the person who dropped the food came by, wouldn't acknowledge us at all and I had to grab her attention and let her know about the missing shakes. She blankly stared at me almost not knowing what to do. She then proceeded to grab my bag of food and take it out back. Not sure why. I had showed her the receipt with the shakes on it. She comes back about 3 minutes later with the shakes and food again but no straws. The bottom of my food bag was half filled with loose fries, didn't order those. What a weird vibe man. Mcdonalds has been around for a long time so I think its fair to say that everyone enjoys something from their menu and that's great al all, but... When I'm told "All day breakfast " means no hashbrowns because they just don't want to make them because they take up a fryer and the time doesn't work with other food being fried is not out fault. So when a billion dollar company says, " Well it's not exactly all day breakfast "! Like they advertise then it's not hard to say who is faults advertising, and don't advertise that you serve chocolate chip cookies when they run out they just stop cooking them when it's on your menu serve it like your supposed to! And yet another thing, what's up with this slippery tile used in the restaurants? Slippery as he'll, it's called a floor machine and a de-greaser. Wet floor signs mean the floors wet, not so greasy that you struggle to keep your feet together. I really do hope someone sues these guys for being lazy when it comes to safety and diligence when it comes to the food you advertise. Won't be seeing any...
