I come to booster juice often. one of my favorite places. Last time my partner and I went into this location. We were waiting in line and the lady behind the counter was very short with the customers in front of us. When it came our turn to order she walked away from the till. After a bit one of the other workers came to take our order. We waited a bit. And there was a gentleman behind the counter who made the smoothie. He kept looking at my partner so he assumed that my drink was ready. We took the drink and walked to my car. When we realised it wasn’t the correct order we took it back. This lady the one behind the counter who walked away earlier. very loudly berated my partner and explained how we shouldn’t do that next time. Unknowingly we had walked away with the wrong order we didn’t drink it and we came back to give to the person the lady told us to just throw it away. And made us pay for another one. I would have been fine paying for another one honestly I do really enjoy booster juice. But she made it sound like we did it on purpose. She was so loud and kept saying we shouldn’t do that next time and that’s not right of us. Ma’am I wouldn’t take someone else order on purpose???? I ordered my preference for a reason. customer service has gone down hill. And no one needs to be berated very loudly for a mistake. Read moreVery bad experience. I am regular customer. A boy with curly hair and a girl make really delicious smoothie. While other employees are only good at arguing with the customer. I order two smoothies and both had bad taste, my friend threw her smoothie after a sip. It had fruit chunks and the color as well as taste was different. I cant even describe how bad it tasted. I went there again the very next day to complain about it and get fresh smoothies. The staff apologized. I didn’t receive any kind of discount. I still accepted their words and ordered two smoothies. Now, they gave me cups with half of the glass empty. When I asked her why is that, they simply wasted my time arguing. If you think your are going to get fresh fruits smoothies or juice at this place, I am sorry it will not be worth 7 or 8 dollars you will spend. Read moreA few years ago, I was an avid Booster Juice consumer; until I purchased a beverage from this location. After buying a smoothie I went to the neighbouring Staples to shop. Whilst shopping and joyfully drinking my smoothie, chunks of plastic flew into my mouth, via the straw! I was shocked, so I went back to the Booster Juice to inform them of the potential danger. Ironically the manager looked at me accusingly and said, "How would plastic get in there?" I showed the manager the plastic, but she wouldn't budge. And, that was the last time I purchased a Booster Juice. As a consumer, when I decide to spend $6+ on something to drink, I expect as certain level of professionalism.
