Chopped Leaf — Restaurant in Delta

PRO: I’ve been a regular at Chopped Leaf for a while now, and I can confidently say that I’ve tried just about everything on the menu. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I’m craving when I want something healthy. The in-store experience has been flawless; the staff is friendly, and I’ve never had an issue with my order while dining in.

CON: That said, takeout/delivery has been a bit of a different story. Every time I opt for takeout/delivery, I encounter the same frustrating issues. First off, the avocado in my salads and bowls is often rotten—brown and mushy—which is disappointing given how integral it is to many of the dishes. It’s not just the avocado either; I often find that the extra ingredients I’ve paid for aren’t included. I specifically request items like extra protein or additional toppings, but more often than not, they’re missing when I get home.

OVERALL: It’s disappointing because I do enjoy the food, but paying for add-ons and then not receiving them feels like a missed opportunity for an otherwise great service. I really hope they can address these inconsistencies with their takeout orders. If they can tighten this up, I’d be back in a heartbeat. Wow the value has gone down here at this location. My last 2 visits I noticed the size difference in the wrap I ordered. I'm vegan so I only gey the harvest wrap since it came out. I often go to other locations and this complaint is location specific. The last 2 times. Today being worse than last week's visit. There was hardly anything on my wrap. I stopped in for a healthy lunch. I basically got a pita with sauce. There was Maybe 5 pieces of spinach, 10 chickpeas, 10 tiny pieces of grated carrot, and maybe 5 pieces of cut up cucumber. The other half of the toppings were 0. So much for a healthy and filling lunch. I'm still hungry. I used to come here and get a wrap so big and filling I would only eat half and save the other half. Before covid I was the secret shopper for chopped leaf and I hardly ever failed this location. So I can assure you the quality and value for money has gone down meanwhile the prices have increased. The manager there is rude, disrespectful, disorganized, and has absolutely zero customer service skills. I’ve always came to this location and my family as well and we never had any problems however my sister has had problems with this same manager. My food was made so messy and soggy and the manager refused to give her name and refund my money and was talking extremely disrespectfully. She claims that she can’t give her name and said they never give anyone’s names out at all yet the receipt literally shows the cash registers name.
