If there were an option to give less than one star, I would have selected it.
First of all, the lady taking the order had very poor customer service skills. I was polite and respectful—using “please” and “thank you”—because I work in customer service myself and know how important that is. But her attitude was rude and dismissive.
I noticed the portions were much smaller compared to other locations. I asked for a regular portion of crispy onions, was told it would cost extra (which I agreed to), but what I received was barely a tablespoon. That’s unacceptable.
Then I asked to have my sandwich grilled. She said they had just turned on the grill, so I would have to wait. This happens every time I come here—why is the grill not heated during business hours?
To make things worse, I was charged $21 CAD for two 6-inch subs and a drink, which is completely overpriced. What’s more confusing is that the prices in-store were much higher than what the app shows. I don’t understand the inconsistency—there should be transparency and alignment between the app and in-store pricing.
I will not be returning to this location again. I hope the owner or management takes this feedback seriously. And please stop asking customers for fake positive reviews. It’s frustrating when honest experiences are ignored.

Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently poor. The staff, particularly the older man and older ladies, often display rude behavior and unwillingness to accommodate customer requests. They frequently disregard instructions on orders and argue with customers about sandwich preparation. I've even been asked to pay extra for following instructions on a prepaid order. In contrast, the younger staff members, specifically the girls, have provided better service with a positive attitude. Unfortunately, my visit to this location was marred by discriminatory treatment. As a paying customer, I expect a welcoming environment and respect, regardless of my background. However, I was subjected to unfair treatment, including being asked to pay more for a prepaid order. I urge Corporate to take immediate action to address these issues, provide proper training, and ensure an inclusive atmosphere. Until then, I would not recommend this location. As customers, we deserve better - fair treatment, respect, and a welcoming environment and make the sanwich the way customer wants it to be made. The girl didn't know what she was doing and neither did the owner. They were completely unwilling to listen to me as a customer and instead, treated me in a rather demeaning manner. The owner himself didn't know anything. I had ordered a veggie delight sub through the app and had requested to add eggs. I usually place my order in store and this is how I've been charged each time. Today, for a change, I decided to order through the app. Since I placed the ordered through the app, I was told that egg would cost an additional "4 dollars" which is completely ridiculous. They told me that I should have ordered the egg and cheese sub on the app. It's funny because there is no egg and cheese sub on the app it's either veggie subs or a non-veg subs. Subway only carries egg and cheese "sandwiches/muffins" as a breakfast option. I tried telling them this, but they were so reluctant on their viewpoint.
