Here’s your detailed Google review for Sahota’s Live Grill: Rating: 2.5/5 I recently visited Sahota’s Live Grill and tried a variety of dishes. While there were a couple of highlights, most of the items were disappointing and did not meet expectations. Food Ratings: • Methi Malai Paneer (4.5/5): This was the standout dish of the meal—flavorful, rich, and delicious. It was the only item that truly made the meal enjoyable. • Chicken Biryani (2.5/5): Very forgettable. It lacked any standout flavor or authenticity and left me unimpressed. • Rumali Roti (3.5/5): Pretty decent. It was soft and paired well with the Methi Malai Paneer. • Mango Lassi (1/5): A huge disappointment. It didn’t taste authentic at all and is not something I’d ever recommend or order again. • Chicken Lollipop (0.5/5): Atrocious. One bite was enough for me to leave it untouched. I could not bring myself to eat more, and it was the lowest point of the meal. Service Rating: • Staff (4.5/5): The staff were polite, attentive, and friendly, which helped elevate the overall experience. While they didn’t offer to adjust the bill for the dishes I didn’t enjoy, I understand their policy and appreciate the good service. Overall Experience: Despite the excellent Methi Malai Paneer and good service, the overall experience fell short because of the disappointing food quality for most of the dishes. For these reasons, I would rate Sahota’s Live Grill 2.5/5. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of food quality and authenticity.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service, Rude Behaviour, and No Accountability We had a very frustrating experience at Sahota’s Live Grill. We called ahead to place a pickup order and were told it would be ready in 25 minutes. When we arrived, we ended up waiting an additional 50 minutes — nearly an hour in total — with no clear updates or apology for the delay. After waiting far beyond what was promised, we told the staff we no longer wanted the order and requested a refund. Ravneet, who took our order and was assisting us, became extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of owning up to the delay, she started blaming us and accused us of “creating a mess,” even though we were calm and simply asking for our money back. When we asked to speak with the manager or the owner, she flat-out said, “We don’t care, do whatever you want.” That level of disrespect and disregard for customers is shocking. On top of everything, when we initially offered to pay with cash, they refused to accept it — which was confusing and frustrating, especially since most restaurants still do accept cash. This was not just bad service — it was a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and accountability. We felt harassed and completely dismissed. We hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should be treated like this.

I enthusiastically endorse Sahota's Live Grill as a premier destination for culinary enthusiasts. Having sampled Indian cuisine across numerous establishments, I can confidently affirm that Sahota's Live Grill surpasses its peers in the realms of gastronomic excellence, impeccable service, and ambiance. The Mango Curry Chicken, a standout dish, exemplifies the establishment's commitment to culinary finesse. Its succulent texture and nuanced flavour profile, infused with the essence of fresh mango, distinguish it from similar offerings elsewhere. Additionally, the non-vegetarian platter, featuring impeccably seasoned chicken and lamb, is a testament to the kitchen's mastery. Complemented by well-curated salads, these dishes create a symphony of flavours that tantalize the palate. The beverage selection further enhances the dining experience, with offerings such as the Man-Go! Shake, replete with almond notes and fruity undertones, and the indulgent Oreo Overloaded Shake. Generous portions ensure that diners receive exceptional value for their investment. Sohato Live Grill's opulent ambiance, coupled with its commitment to culinary excellence at accessible price points, renders it an ideal destination for both intimate rendezvous and convivial gatherings with loved ones.

One of My Favorite Dining Spots – Clean, Delicious, and Friendly! I rarely write reviews, but after visiting this restaurant multiple times over the past few months, I felt compelled to share my experience — especially after seeing some negative comments that don’t reflect what I’ve seen at all. First and foremost, the food here is incredible. Every dish I've ordered tastes fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. You can actually see the care that goes into the preparation — nothing feels mass-produced or frozen. My personal favorite is their Chinese and chicken dishes which is always cooked to perfection. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, and the portions are generous. The service is always warm and welcoming. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I’ve seen the kitchen from where I usually sit — it's clean, organized, and run professionally, which is very reassuring. What I appreciate most is the sense of community the owner and team foster. You can tell this place isn’t just about business; it’s about people. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve seen staff laughing, working together respectfully, and creating a positive vibe that makes dining here feel like a treat, not just a meal. It’s clear that the team puts in a lot of hard work to keep things running smoothly, and as a customer, I genuinely appreciate that. Ignore the haters — this place is a gem, and I’ll keep coming back! — A...

We recently visited Sahota’s Live Grill and overall had a pleasant evening. The food was absolutely delicious definitely a 5/5. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor, freshly made, and well presented. The live grill experience added a fun, interactive element to the meal.

Service was friendly (4/5). The staff greeted us with warm smiles and were polite throughout, which made a big difference. However, there were moments where service could’ve been more attentive. For example, we ordered platters but had to serve ourselves having more hands-on help from the servers would’ve improved the experience. There was also some confusion about whether they could bring the cake to the table at midnight; it was only done after a reminder.

Timing (3/5) was the weakest part of the evening. Our drinks alone took about 20–30 minutes to arrive, which is quite unusual compared to most places where drinks come within a few minutes. The food also took longer than expected, considering the restaurant wasn’t extremely busy at the time.

That said, the ambiance was good, and the overall vibe was enjoyable. The energy in the place was nice and welcoming, and it’s clear the team is trying their best to create a good dining experience.

Final verdict: Great food, decent service, and an enjoyable atmosphere but the wait times and small service hiccups could be improved to make it a top-tier experience. Thanks to the team for a...
