I honestly try not to let Google reviews sway me, so I ordered on Skip. It was more horrible than I could've ever imagined. The chicken tikka and butter were extremely hard on some pieces and undercooked on others, the sauce for the butter chicken was sugary sweet it felt like a slurpee, the rice was LITERALLY STUCK TOGETHER IN THE PACKAGE and we had to break it apart to even eat it (it was reaaaaally stuck, they scraped from the bottom of the pot 100%) and the naan was probably the only redeeming quality of the food as it was not special but it was fine. I like to give every restaurant a shot and this is the one and only shot I'll ever give this restaurant because it's HORRIBLE. I feel awful that I actually had to pay for that, it grinds my gears as I feel as though someone should have paid me to eat that. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY! I'm actually worried I might get food poisoning tomorrow.

We placed the order at 9:30 and went to pick it up at around 10:15 p.m. When we asked for it, she was shocked and apologized, saying, "I forgot to give your order to the chef." It was not ready, so we waited in the restaurant for another 30 minutes. We had a family party at home, which was a very disappointing experience, and I chose to ignore it because it could have happened. But yesterday again as we ordered family pack she prepared wrong order and while we picked it up on the way going home I just suddenly checked the receipt which showed wrong order and I was really angry I called in restaurant to ask she said I can replace it but that time it was almost 11pm. It was a terrible experience, and she didn't even provide any compensation. I urge the owner to take note and hire better employees for better...
Read moreI ordered on delivery app for customer pickup, and reached early( as I came direct from work). I just ask them kindly for my order before time( because sometimes orders are ready). One girl came first was nice and nicely told me to wait. While, I was sitting another came and talk in so rude tune. I don't have problem in waiting as I already had taken a waiting seat.I had problem with her rudeness behaviour and harrased I felt . she spoils my whole good mood seriously, which is difficult to make after long shift. I am not new here,not a bad customer, not unaware of how to argue, and it was not my first order at your store.I also works in restaurant, and know very well how to talk a customer. Please ask your staff to be kind, its not right to harras your customer by talking in rude tone in front of others, especially when customer is sitting on chair and waiting politely.Because, no other customer will tolerate...
