VERY RUDE SERVER ——————————— Whoever was working here on the morning of July 28, 2024 was very unprofessional. When my wife was paying for the ice cream, she was taking a few seconds longer to get the iPhone faceID mechanism to recognize her face before approving the transaction. The server impatiently said to my wife while pointing on the tap machine, “it’s on the top, it’s on the top”, implying that my wife had no idea how to pay for it, and she had no patience to wait for her.

The ice cream was also hastily put on top of the cone. It almost fell off the cone as my kid was eating it. When I asked her for a cup, she rudely gave me a one word answer, “no”, and looked away.

Rest assured I will not come here again even if it’s the last ice cream...

This was an atrocious place. I'm actually ashamed that I provided them with business. Latte was basically an overpriced instant coffee and the bagel was like a piece of cardboard with the most conservative helping of 'cream cheese'. The only reason this gets one star is because it was actually open at 4:30 on a Tuesday afternoon when the rest of Gravenhurst warf's limited supply of eateries and cafes have decided that business hours are over before the evening starts. I was just there with a large group and we had a fantastic experience! Sarah took all of our orders and then started pumping out sweet treats 1 at a time. I was so impressed with her professionalism and friendly demeanor. I would have understood if she'd been overwhelmed, but she was incredible and handled it all in stride.

Great portions, delicious coffee drinks and a really nice area to spend some time. 10 out of 10...
