Formaggio Vegetarian
The Formaggio Vegetarian is a standout on the menu. This sandwich features bocconcini cheese paired with fresh tomatoes, mixed greens, roasted eggplant, and roasted sweet peppers, all tied together with a vibrant balsamic Dip Co. sauce—a flavorful blend of basil, olive oil, tomato, and sweet roasted peppers.
The execution is impeccable. The bread, undeniably fresh, serves as the perfect foundation for the sandwich. Each ingredient is thoughtfully prepared, and the flavors are expertly balanced, resulting in a dish that is as satisfying as it is memorable.

Ambiance
Dip Co.’s charm lies in its simplicity. With its small, inviting interior and just one or two indoor tables, it caters primarily to those seeking a casual dining experience. Price
The pricing at Dip Co. leans toward the premium end, particularly for its sandwiches. However, the use of high-quality ingredients and the undeniable freshness of the bread more than justify the cost. For those who value quality over quantity, the experience feels well worth the investment.
Service
The service at Dip Co. is marked by genuine friendliness and attentiveness. The staff contribute to the eatery’s welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued. That said, the speed of service can be a drawback, particularly during peak hours. While the wait may test your patience, the end result—a meticulously crafted sandwich—is worth the delay.

Read moreSecond visit (August 2024): Good parts: Ingredients are fresh. Prices went up (thanks Inflation) but it's still fairly priced. It's pretty much the price of a subway sandwich although more filling, tastier and healthier. You'd be hard pressed to find better sandwiches in GVA. Bad parts: Had to wait 1 hour to get the order, 20 minutes in line then 40 minutes for the sandwich to be prepared. While I'm stoked for the owner, and this shows they still uphold their craft to very hard standards, I'm not so fond of waiting. It also unfortunately built up my expectations and I was slightly disappointed by the sandwich I ordered this time (Marseille): it could have used more turkey. Note: Had to go back to ask why there was no turkey in the sandwich which I noticed after a few bites and opening the sandwich. They were kind enough to offer a replacement (and let me keep the previous one, which really had no turkey). Verdict: Probably will try to visit again so long as it's not a sunny Saturday so it's not 1 hour wait for 10 minutes delight.
Original comment (January 24): The sandwiches are super tasty, made with fresh ingredients and are pretty large. All that for...
