I normally don’t complain but when they serve me twice burnt bagel and I ask them to please don’t give me the burnt ones. They say sorry yes yes and they still pack the burnt ones. This is disrespectful. You just lost a client forever. Watch out they pack them so fast. Inspect them before you leave !!!

Bagels were Fresh, Hot and Chewy from wood oven. Just amazing. Bakers dozen at $12.50 on the nose. Gosh... what a treat. They also have a fridge of fresh soups, bread, rolls and some danish like pastries.

Not a fan of the new set up since they moved the counters around. I feel they don't have the same options as before because I can't see them as easily. Worker tried to give me questionable karnatzel that should have been thrown out long before I got there. However... best bagels in the WI. Friendly service. They almost always have what I need. I often call ahead if I need them to have it. Cheesebagels are great too. So happy they are...

The staff at Bagel se L’Ouest are truly Customer Oriented. Always greeted with a Hello and Smile and you truly feel they appreciate your business. The aroma of fresh baked bagels in the early morning can make you anxious to return home to enjoy one… or more. Each time we are in the West island of Montreal we always make it a point to visit this bagel store! There is parking in the plaza but it is limited. the natural wood burning method of making bagels is simply the Best! the East Indian ownership, I'm assuming, has plenty of other treats such as samosa switch are absolutely delicious and spicy! I would highly recommend this place for fresh...
