Authentic Pizza — Restaurant in Duncan

Just had the most negative experience with my take out order. Ordered 4 pizzas for takeout which cost us over $150 (which is already insanely expensive for 4 pizzas). One of the pizzas I had a special request for no cheese on the pizza (there is a food sensitivity with cheese). When I got home, I realized that all the pizzas had cheese on them. Immediately we called to tell them that they had made an error to our order. Some rude lady answered the phone and upon us telling her that they’d made a mistake, she decided the best call for action would be to hang up on us. Thinking that was an accident, we called back and the same rude lady answered the phone. All we requested was either to refund us the cost of the pizza or that they make us another one at no cost as it was their error and we would come and pick it up - a more than reasonable request given the circumstances. The lady proceeded to say that they were not going to do either of those options and basically told us to suck it up because “pizza has cheese on it”. We then proceeded to explain that it shouldn’t have cheese on it when the customer has requested there not to be cheese on it and she then proceeded to hang up on us again. I am THOROUGHLY disappointed in the service we received and the blatant rude behaviour by this woman. Our requests were not outlandish, it was their error not ours, and the audacity to hang up on us twice is beyond insulting. I would never recommend this place as they are rude, overpriced, and do not respect their customers. Simply the finest pizza anywhere! Great quality ingredients, secret family recipes and more love, care for quality and unmatched attention to detail is just some of what makes this the best pizza on Earth! If you find a better pizza it will be from another planet and made by some strange alien species that lives on a steady diet of strictly pizza because nobody on planet Earth makes better pizza than the wonderful folks at Authentic Pizza! I've had more kinds and brands of pizza than most people have even heard of and nothing even comes close to the quality, taste and general appearance of the pizza made and delivered at Authentic Pizza! If you can show me a better pizza I'll show you a liar, I'll simply stand you up infront of a mirror! I've managed a Pizzeria, worked for several restaurants that specialize in pizza and once I found Authentic Pizza I've been unable to find a comparison, not even in the same league let alone ball field. Authentic Pizza simply is the best! Dough made fresh each day, sauce made from scratch, toppings cut and sliced throughout the evening to ensure maximum freshness and uncompromised quality in each and every bite! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Zero stars.

Our experience was terrible with this pizza place. Came in visiting from out of town looked for a pizza place for a good easy meal and made the mistake of ordering here. Ordered 4 pizzas came to $150. We ordered 1 pizza WITHOUT cheese due to food sensitivity and they put cheese on it and then when we got home and saw the pizza in fact had cheese on it we called immediately to fix the mistake and they said by asking for no cheese we should have been clearer and should have said not to put any kind of cheese instead of just “no cheese” and refused to refund or fix it and then hung up on us. We are shocked, never have we received such poor treatment and service. We now are looking for another place to get dinner for our family member who can’t eat this pizza. I’d never recommend this place, their pizza is mediocre at best their prices are very high and their treatment of guests is despicable.
