TLDR - Present "Summer Ramen Tour" card at beginning of meal, or they would not stamp your card for your visit unless you take your side dish / dessert to go; Also if you just present your card at the end of the meal, some of their staff might just put a stamp on it without honoring the promo.

I've been to this location six times with my wife, roughly once every two weeks, and things have been okay. We've been getting 2x of their summer specials for $15.99, which is a great value for us. I've gotten their "Kinton Bowler" card and "Summer Ramen Tour" card stamps for each visit without issue. The most recent visit roughly two weeks ago, at the end of the meal I presented the cards to get our stamps and was told that we needed to present our cards at the beginning for the free side dish. To which I was confused as we had the stamp for free dessert already stamped but had not received anything a few weeks back. My assumption is we can get it whenever since it was not presented to us. Upon further questions, apparently we were to have gotten the free desserts but now there's nothing she could do, which i was fine with. I had left my name and cell phone #, requesting a call back from a manager when they arrive. Two weeks have passed and I have not heard from them, and the issue still not resolved. I can see that we're obviously not important enough to have this rectified, and would not be coming back as there are plenty of eatery around Newmarket for...

One of the only ramen spots in the city you can get gluten free noodles, would recommend Kinton on just this fact alone!

To go more detailed in the review, we had the Burnt Shoyu Ramen, Spicy Garlic Veggie Ramen, Veggie Gyoza and 2 drinks for roughly $56

Burnt shoyu ramen - taste 3/5 - portion 4/5 - presentation 4.5/5

The reason for these rankings is that the presentation for the ramen just looked beautiful. Good amount of broth, noodles and ingredients that were very carefully placed. Plus the char-seasoned pork shayu had a great colour that paired perfectly with the colour toppings (ramen, naruto, etc.) The taste was my only issue as the broth had a taste that I just did not enjoy much, and found it watery.

Spicy garlic veggie ramen (with chicken karaage and shirataki noodles) - taste 4.5/5 - presentation 4.5/5 - portion 4/5

This was a much better ramen as the broth was spicy and had such great seasoning and kick. We just wanted more of this broth if we could have it. The kaarage was nicely fried and seasoned and was a great addition to put with the broth and shirataki noodles. Plus this was another great-looking ramen and had plenty of ingredients and broth to...

Great location if you looking for some amazing tasting ramen! We were excited to hear that a new Kinton was opening up in Newmarket and had to come. We came here for their grand opening and were NOT disappointed! We have visited their other locations in the GTA and this one definitely delivered. Their noodles tasted incredibly fresh and had a good bite to it, was not soggy at all. Broth was incredibly savoury and tasty and full of flavour. Pork belly was juicy and not super fatty. All the toppings, and the flavour overall, was absolutely delicious. You can tell that they had put a lot of care and effort in serving good ramen. The restaurant itself was very clean and spacious; surprised to see that there was a lot of places to sit! Lots of parking there too, so you will not have difficulty finding a place to park. Had a great and enjoyable experience here, the servers were attentive and friendly and full of energy, and despite them being busy on grand opening day, food was delivered promptly and accurately. We will definitely return back here. We recommend visiting the Newmarket branch if you’re looking to treat yourself to...

My husband and I love Kinton ramen, we have gone to the other many locations found in the GTA. When we heard that a new locations was opening in Newmarket we were super excited. I had the opportunity to go on a Tuesday and it's exactly like the other locations. The staff are always friendly and the service is great, I had the opportunity to talk to the owner and hes very nice. The ramen ( I got the spicy pork garlic ) was amazing! Absolutely delicious. My only recommendation is go early, I went exactly when they opened and soon after they were packed. I'm assuming they were packed because it's new. The only downside I have is the parking lot, trying to leave with all the cars coming in and out was a bit of a hassle to leave, but it's honestly worth it for the ramen. My rating: 10/10 services 10/10 food Overall, a 10/10 experience!

Kinton Ramen in Newmarket is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food with friends. The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, complemented by friendly and helpful staff. The food portions are generous, and while it’s a bit on the pricier side, the quality justifies the cost. The space is clean and tidy, including the washrooms, which adds to the overall comfort of dining here. Ordering is made simple with their new technology, making the process seamless and efficient. There’s ample parking available, which is always a plus. Whether it’s the flavorful ramen or the great service, Kinton Ramen delivers an excellent dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning for another visit. Highly recommended for ramen lovers!
