Harvey's — Restaurant in Edmonton

March 2024 This restaurant has improved a lot. Ordered a hamburger meal deal using a coupon I received from the mail. For less than $10, it was worth it. My order was served in few minutes and it was prepared well. The staff seems nice. The restaurant need to keep the tables clean and garbage containers emptied.

June 2022 - 1☆ rating Downloaded the app, went to your restaurant and the coupon I want to use is only available through online ordering. This is so inconvenient, too many steps to do before I can use the coupon. Apps from Wendy's and Tim Horton apps are simple and straightforward compare to your app...your app sucks!!!

Furthermore, your staff works in a very small space and from kitchen to staff serving in front, why don't they wear a face mask? Everytime they talk to each other or customers, their saliva/bacteria is being spread on foods being served!

I love Harvey's however, this particular location seems so unhygienic. This will probably the last time I'll ever come to this location. It really turns my stomach... Your cleanliness is so questionable!

Staff here at this location are very friendly . Harjit, always serving with a smile . Love that they serve multigrain Buns here unlike A&W who’s gotten rid of theirs . From now on it’s Harvey’s , they make your hamburger a beautiful thing . Again never fails , to be treated great there. Went in again today and seen that they served DEEP FRIED PICKLES ! Yes you heard that right and at a great price . However the girl working there today 8pm June 30th says to me “ would I like to try one” and have given me a sample. Now I’m hooked :) . Again today I have my junior burger , which is just enough Protien , with a salad like topping . Shown in picture . These burgers surpass any other junior at any other establishment I’ve been too, including Burger King and Wendy’s. The other day I was at Burger King , told them no mayo but extra pickles , and she said I have to charge you for the extra pickle, I got it and only ate half of it before tossing burgerkings away. Wendy’s , same experience as Burger King, not great. However Harvey’s is great and better tasting too. Here’s my junior at Harvey’s . Check it out ! AMAZING . And that’s just the starter . Harvey’s wins hands down compared to other chains . Right now if you put a Harvey burger next to the competitors burger , and dressed it the way you liked it without being charged extra , again Harvey’s would out shine the competition. I recently had the pleasure of being served by two exceptional employees, Harjot and Chanden, and I couldn’t be more impressed by their professionalism and positive attitudes.

Harjot greeted us with a warm smile the moment we walked in, immediately making us feel welcome. Not only was he friendly, but he was also incredibly helpful with the ordering process, patiently answering all our questions and making thoughtful recommendations. His upbeat attitude and efficiency made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

Chanden, on the other hand, demonstrated remarkable composure and professionalism when dealing with a particularly difficult customer. Despite the customer’s unpleasant demeanor, Chanden handled the situation with grace, maintaining a calm and friendly attitude throughout. She didn’t let the negativity affect her and continued to deliver excellent service with a smile, ensuring that the interaction ended on a positive note.

Both Harjot and Chanden went above and beyond to create a positive experience, and their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stands out. It’s rare to encounter employees who can handle both the friendly and challenging aspects of customer service with such ease and professionalism....
