FOOD POISON ALERT.
My girlfriend a single ordered hot and ready pizza with two crazy bread. Service took a few minutes.
The server didn't open the box to show what was inside. My girlfriend brought home the pizza after a 3 minute drive.
The pizza was cold and hard. In my opinion, this was from yesterday. I decided to eat a piece regardless of this fact. Within minutes I experienced stomach pain. A couple minutes afterward , I began vomiting.
I brought the pizza back, and the manager, Joy is her name, smiled and said that the pizza should be fresh. I was upset and thanked her for that vote of confidence.
She gave me my money back and didn't say anything. I suggested she throw out what food has already been prepped and she literally smiled and didn't say a word.
I still feel very ill. It's only been two hours upon purchasing my order. I will follow up this complaint with their corporate side of business.

I don’t know what your hiring process is. But I would hope it’s for people who listen to what you order. I ordered two pizzas and two sets of wings. I paid for it, left and came back five mins later to find out they had only one pizza ready. When I asked about my second pizza they said they’re never punched in the order for the second and they charged me for it. If you can’t understand the first time, either repeat what order to make sure you got it right, or don’t bother. The second star is only because I they’re cheaper than a good tasting pizza.
Edit: I’ve been here for over 20 mins and they STILL don’t have my second pizza ready. You guys just lost a star. I’m not...

they have replaced my order, and i am very pleased
Ordered 3 cheese pizzas and 3 pepperoni pizzas, worked missed a cheese pizza which was ok we made sure to let her know, but we ended up waiting 45 minutes while they attended to other customers are they got there pizza right after they placed the order.
Not enough workers and no prepared for "hot and ready service"
Was asked to email, sent one have not heard anything back...
Day two of sending an email and still have not gotten anything back, clearly states to email and they understand value of time.
